I have visited this place for the last 5 years, at least. They used to be permanently located outside the Shoppers Drug Mart at Finch and Yonge. Then after the van attack on Yonge street, they changed their location at Yonge and Finch near the Basil Box building. Since then, they have moved to a location next to Hmart at Yonge and Church Ave. My favourite items are the Kim-mari (fried seaweed), rice and sausage skewer, and the seafood ball.
If you are anything like me and dreamed of the Korean street snack experience then this place is where you should come. My kdrama dreams came true and i got tteokboki and rolls on a stick. Idk how authentic they were but after working a 12 hour shift, they tasted amazing. Pretty affordable too. Keep in mind, there is no place to sit, no washroom, and it’s on the edge of the street. Korean food cart attached to the outside of H Mart!Items are very hit and miss. My gf and I have come back on numerous occasions.In particular, their rice cake skewers is the best item imo. The rice cakes are nice and crispy on the edges.The chicken and pork belly skewers are ok. I think I prefer the pork belly skewer more but the chicken was still moist.
