XIII Restaurant completely exceeded my expectations. Everything from the ambiance to the service and food was next level. The moment I walked in, I could tell this place takes pride in every detail.

A huge shoutout to Jaz, our waiter, who made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. Their energy, timing, and genuine care were top notch, the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again.

And Chef Michael, what an artist! Every dish was perfection, beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and full of bold flavor. You can tell there’s passion and creativity behind every plate that comes out of that kitchen.

“I went for an early dinner with family, and it was unanimous, 'Goodfellas' is a hit! We had some pizza, calamari and a tiramisu. It was absolutely delicious. Traditional Italian style food. A nice cozy decor and ambiance. It's pricey, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. It's outside of Oakville Place Mall, which is a relatively quiet mall. So, it's a low traffic area, with easy parking access. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I shared a large Caesar salad ( had to take some home), followed by a sirloin steak cooked to my liking on a stone. I was able to take my time slicing off sumptuous portions of the sirloin steak and let it cook on a hot stone to my liking. The vegetables that came with the steak were perfect and so was the baked potato. You could have French fries or mashed if you want. THEN!!! The dessert was either Lava Chocolate cake or cheesecake. Sooooo good and just enough! You can’t buy this kind of food at a grocery store for $35 a person! We will be back! Tuesdays at Lot 88 in Burlington. What a deal!!!!! “We had one of the best dinners we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant, and we are foodies so that is saying something. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and ambiance was intimate and classy. But let’s talk about the FOOD! Ugh! I splurged and tried the certified A5 Kobe, and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly buttery, tender, and perfectly cooked to temp, I couldn’t get enough. We’ve been to Japan and had A5 Kobe and Wagyu, and this was right up top with the cuts we had there. The sides were nothing short of phenomenal! We also had the sushi assortment with maki, nigiri and sashimi and it was mouth watering. I wish we lived right next door to this place, but I guess it’s better for my wallet that we don’t. If you’re considering eating here, DO IT!“

There was a bit of a mixup with our vegan entrees but each of them took accountability, were extremely apologetic, and took proper steps to correct it. Earl’s had always been such a great restaurant and this night was no different. I really enjoy that they offer a plant-based section of their menu that doesn’t just consist of removing ingredients, a house salad, a burger with a gluten free bun or lettuce wrap, and french fries. They change up their menu seasonally it seems and it is all very fresh and great tasting. It’s nice as vegans to be thought of and considered. With more and more vegan restaurants disappearing, the pressure is kind of on omni restaurants to step up to the plate and have things that truly reflect their price point. Because yes, even vegans can be foodies. Earl’s clearly holds their employees and reputation to another level and it shows. Now they just need a vegan dessert ;). Well done guys.
