“I’m lucky to get my coffee and muffin combo this morning here. The young man who served me was Travis. Great attitude and service; well done Travis.
Coffee was fresh and excellent, the muffin was shortly baked. The corner of Cross & Trafalger though busy but it’s a quiet place.“
“The food is standard McDonald's fare, but the drive thru needs improvement. The morning crew seems a little disorganised and they don't want to ask customers to pull aside to let others through. I asked once why they make everyone wait and they said it was the manager's call. The guy that takes the orders is really pleasant, though, so it's too bad he's not the last person that serves instead of the first person because by the time you get your order at the second window, he would certainly make you feel okay about the wait. The ladies at the second window are rather abrupt and never smile. Three stars is only for the order taker and the breakfast food.
Update (2025-08-18): seems to be better now for customer service. It's nice that they offer a vegetarian breakfast wrap AND it's priced accordingly. It's annoying that they charge for extra bacon but won't give a discount if it's taken off.“
“I visited the McDonalds on Neyagawa and Dundas with my mom on Saturday morning and our food was served by the most wonderful and funny Manager, Lisa. Our food was nice and hot and she served us with a smile and many jokes! She was fabulous!!! Thanks Lisa and yes the lady with me was my Mother LOL!“
“My daughter had a birthday celebration at this location today. The kids had a blast, service was great and all of the crew, headed by Charan was amazing. They made this last minute birthday party turned out amazing. All are very helpful and accommodating. Thank you !!!“
“I haven’t ate at a McDonald’s restaurant in years, but I decided to stop and get some randomly. I like my order with certain directions and Ronique served me and I was so impressed by her customer service. She was so patient and friendly with me, and the food she made was so fresh with the perfect amount of everything I asked for. If I ever go again I’ll call ahead to see if she’s on shift! :)“
“Ordered from here before, wasnt satisfactory manager made it right for me the following week. This week i went in order QP with cheese extra onions, combo, and a filet o fish.
Order was perfect, hot, and delicious. Kudos to making a great lunch.“
“I'm a third-party contractor to Walmart so, I end up spending a lot of time at this McDonald's.I've also Ubered out of this McDonald's as a gig workers and honestly, it's the best McDonald's to deliver out of. They keep the food warm and I rarely have to wait long for an order to be prepared.The staff are friendly. They are patient. They are kind.Great team.
