“I’m only writing a review to clarify a Uber review the store may receive. So I’ve never visited this store but have order through Uber for delivery at the office I work. So everytime I’ve ordered the coffee and foods have been fantastic. Today I believe it would’ve been fantastic as well. However it took uber drivers 30 minutes to decide whether to pick up an order. The only reason I’m writing is to inform the store Uber asked me to rate the order so the restaurant can do better! Sorry, to my knowledge this Starbucks is great. Uber should look at themselves and see what they can do to make sure when you order priority you designate a driver immediately to the order!“

“For context, I come here pretty much every day with no issue, but I was heading into work and had a bit of a hic up in my order. The Barista who took my order was new and haden't told me they were out of the tea I had ordered. But let me know they were brewing a new batch. I was waiting for 45 minutes before I had to leave without my drink.

I am usually happy to wait, but I had other things to do that day.

Fast forward to the day after. I walk in and Tony, the Barista I usually interact with when I walk into this starbucks, greets me and the very first thing out of his mouth is an apology for the day before. I hadent interacted with him the previous day, and yet he still made It his priority to make it up to me. He took my order, upsized my drink and made it on the house.

I would whole heartedly recommend this starbucks, they really do care about their customers, they often have people in training, but everyone has to start somewhere and if you have a little bit of patience they will make sure you leave happy.

“I went to this Starbucks location for a beverage today with my daughter and to our surprise there was a returning menu item on the board… the Cool Lime Refresher. It was our favourite drink years ago before it was discontinued. A special shout out to Haya for making it just the way we remembered it.
We also had the opportunity to try the Spicy Lime… really yummy too. Thanks Haya you made our day:)?“

“It’s a convenient location from my home. However, since it is a relatively small space, you don’t get that typical Starbucks feeling. Three out of three times they didn’t have some of the baked goods I wanted to order. Staff appeared tired and exhausted but courteous.“

“The staff at this location are simply amazing. They’re always warm, bright, bubbly and kind even at the crack of dawn! Today I received my coffee with this sticker on it and although I don’t know which employee added it, I had to leave a review and tell you it made my day!! Much love to this team!!

“This is the friendliest starbucks ever. We went here on our first day moving to canada. So many friendly people, they've followed our struggles to get bank accounts, buy a car and a house. It's a second home.

Parking: Right outside.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with automatic door openers. Staff will help in anyway they can.“

“the staff here are all incredible! the friendliest team youd ever meet, they always give me amazing suggestions whenever im stuck and always remember my dietary needs (dairy free). i really appreciate the service here. shout out to darlene for being the best always!

Vegetarian options: theres no meat in drinks, and the food has options outside of breakfast sandwiches!

Parking: lots of parking because its inside the longos, so always some space

Wheelchair accessibility: inside a longos so its as accessible as the grocery store!

Dietary restrictions: there are plenty of options that are dairy free and theyre always happy to subsitiute“

“Location at Cornwall accidentally made my drink incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I was all the way at Dundas. Stopped in quickly to this location in Longos due to the other Dundas location being temporarily closed. Luis was very welcoming and understanding and took the time to explain that any location would be happy to help. They remade my drink with no questions asked and a kind smile. Thank you!

Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose-intolerant and they remade my drink with oat milk.“

“I come here pretty often. They seem to be quite understaffed every time I am there. Despite this, the baristas are friendly and quick. I want to give a shout out to Chris, who served me on bar today. He went out of his way to speak to every single person and worked his way through the queue quickly. Not sure if he's a supervisor or what, but that man deserves a raise!“

“I moved right by this location a couple months ago, and of course how can I not go to Starbucks almost every day being neighbour’s lol… I’ve been to many locations and this one is amazing! I rarely everrrr get mistakes made on my orders (I order a lot so it’s bound to happen the odd time) but almost every time my drinks are perfect and the staff is sooo nice! They always remember my name when I go in just to pick up my mobile order they still always greet me & ask how I am. I’m so glad to be right next to such a good location! :)“

“I like this Starbucks in Oakville. The staff is friendly and efficient and I visit whenever I have to go to the Oakville hospital. I was a little put off this visit, by what seemed like an overzealous security guard giving tickets to cars in the parking lot and I wish there was a drive thru, but overall I like this Starbucks.“
