Starbucks in Oakville

“Went to this Starbucks to pick up my birthday drink and the staff went above and beyond with their customer service! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the barista who made me drink but she was chatting with me about my day while making it and was really kind! Visited 09/11/2025 around 1:30 PM“

“For context, I come here pretty much every day with no issue, but I was heading into work and had a bit of a hic up in my order. The Barista who took my order was new and haden't told me they were out of the tea I had ordered. But let me know they were brewing a new batch. I was waiting for 45 minutes before I had to leave without my drink.

I am usually happy to wait, but I had other things to do that day.

Fast forward to the day after. I walk in and Tony, the Barista I usually interact with when I walk into this starbucks, greets me and the very first thing out of his mouth is an apology for the day before. I hadent interacted with him the previous day, and yet he still made It his priority to make it up to me. He took my order, upsized my drink and made it on the house.

I would whole heartedly recommend this starbucks, they really do care about their customers, they often have people in training, but everyone has to start somewhere and if you have a little bit of patience they will make sure you leave happy.

“Order there Monday to Friday (mobile). Staff are welcoming and friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s because we all love that cafe. They call out the drinks they are working on. Which makes the wait less stressful. Muniza is amazing. Greets me by name.“

Today was a perfect autumn day for a Pumpkin spice latte, but instead I was met with Irene. She is warm and uplifting. She is always so welcoming and inviting. Today she shared words of wisdom, positive vibes and really brightened this autumn day. Visit Irene, say Hello and be prepared to be uplifted.“

“This is the busiest and loudest Starbucks I know. I use the back room for studies, and it's more or less tolerable when one needs a laptop space. It's a hit and miss in terms of what kind of noise you may get around you. One a couple of occasions, I had to leave because I couldn't focus. Otherwise, the service and food is regular, as in any other location.“

“Starbucks is a trendy but pricey place. Drinks are good. Food is high priced for something that they remove from a plastic bag and serve you/ heat up in a microwave right in front of you. Not exactly the best of quality. Service is usually pretty good overall“

“I love this place. I started coming here for the Lavender oat milk latte, which had sold out in most of the Starbucks locations, but luckily not in this one. The location is busy at times, and most of the customers are working or studying, and I find it a great place to put one’s thoughts together, surrounded by a gentle background noice of music and people talking. I always had the best experiences here, staff are nice and welcoming, and I even received a sample piece of sandwich on the house today as an addition to my coffee. I do also have a soft spot for the rowan tree visible from the back window, the tree is beautiful and it brings me peace of mind.“

“Dec 12: Second time visit ever. Walked in to see a male staff (large bald guy) pulling up his pants zipper in front the washroom. I stopped abruptly as it looked like something else at first. Perhaps do that in the washroom before exiting. 🤷

Visited here for the first time. Was so impressed with Icy's amazing customer service! So friendly, thoughtful and nice. Thank you and keep it up Icy 👍🏻👍🏻

“This is the friendliest starbucks ever. We went here on our first day moving to canada. So many friendly people, they've followed our struggles to get bank accounts, buy a car and a house. It's a second home.

Parking: Right outside.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with automatic door openers. Staff will help in anyway they can.“

“Location at Cornwall accidentally made my drink incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I was all the way at Dundas. Stopped in quickly to this location in Longos due to the other Dundas location being temporarily closed. Luis was very welcoming and understanding and took the time to explain that any location would be happy to help. They remade my drink with no questions asked and a kind smile. Thank you!

Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose-intolerant and they remade my drink with oat milk.“

“I come here pretty often. They seem to be quite understaffed every time I am there. Despite this, the baristas are friendly and quick. I want to give a shout out to Chris, who served me on bar today. He went out of his way to speak to every single person and worked his way through the queue quickly. Not sure if he's a supervisor or what, but that man deserves a raise!“

“I like this Starbucks in Oakville. The staff is friendly and efficient and I visit whenever I have to go to the Oakville hospital. I was a little put off this visit, by what seemed like an overzealous security guard giving tickets to cars in the parking lot and I wish there was a drive thru, but overall I like this Starbucks.“

“Starbucks is my go-to place for coffee. The staff are friendly and make drinks just how I like. They have lots of choices, from regular coffee to seasonal specials. The drive-thru is really handy when I’m in a rush. It’s usually not busy, so you don’t have to wait long. The shop is nice if you want to sit and relax. The prices are a bit high, but it’s a good place to get coffee anytime.“
