I find it to expensive for what you get. tonight at Churchills was definitely worth every penny. in comparison to a chain restaurants in oshawa this place has them beat . the portions are hardy and this is why I love family ran business. they know what their customers want! can tell how busy they are, but always great with their customers. very satisfied. now my favorite“

“The service was 👌 super friendly, very welcoming and polite. Food was fresh, very good and the fries were great. Affordable and had that old restaurant feel, if you appreciate nostalgia. Didn’t realize it was so close to the mall, sometimes you get bored of eating in the court especially when it’s close to closing time. Will definitely come back with the family and recommend.“

“We have been coming to this location pretty well since it opened. It is nicely situated on the South West corner of Simcoe and Beatrice streets. This gives access from both Simcoe and Beatrice.
There is lots of comfortable seating always a very friendly bunch of customers. Also to add, the restaurant is licensed.
The staff, both serving and preparing are excellent. Out of the many servers we have dealt with (feeling bad about picking a favorite) is Amanda. As soon as she sees us she knows exactly what we will order ..... haddock and chips plus two - or three, excellent mushy peas. Not all H House locations serve them.“

“Came in today for lunch with my dad for the fish and chips for the buy one get one free special(today only because it’s national fish day) which is such an awesome deal, the restaurant was packed because it was lunch hour but we got a table ☺️ service was excellent and the staff were very nice and really polite! The waitress wiped the table off for us when we sat down which was very nice! The fish was so tasty and you get a big piece which is a bonus, the fries were delicious but let me tell you the gravy mmm so amazing , very tasty and also it was full of flavour and you got a huge dish of it! I also got a Diet Coke with a glass with ice and a straw and it was so refreshing especially when it’s so hot out today! This was a 10/10 for me 👍🏼 definitely will be back because it was amazing and I really enjoyed my meal ☺️❤️“

“This was a fun find in Oshawa. The two ladies working when we came in were lovely. They have a complete gluten free menu with lots of options. They provide separate gluten condiments that are kept gluten free and have a separate fryer. The food was good and made quick.“

“Well thought I would try these guys for a family birthday. Ordered food for twenty. I'm not sure how much they think twenty will normally serve, but no one left hungry. We still have left overs days later. Family loved, well worth the price.“
