“I can't speak for any other Mr Sub location but this Mr Sub is exceptional!! Honestly, my husband and I get subs at this location twice a week. Their toppings and meats are very fresh. They always make the Sub exactly how you want it and the staff are super friendly and accommodating!! I can compare to any other places because we don't go to any other places. When you find a great place with excellent quality, why are you going to take a chance being disappointed elsewhere!! If you're looking for a delicious lunch or dinner you will NOT be disappointed here!! Love it!!“

“I have been going to this location for a while. But to be honest the only reason I go is for the night shift. The ladies are amazing vary friendly and take pride in there work. I can't say to much for the day staff. Ladies on days 3 to 4 pickles or anything for that matter isnt enough. Like come on.. I want to taste the items I put on not guess if its on there. If you want great service go in the evening.“

“Tried the Peri Peri Chicken footlong sub for the first time at this subway store and it was absolutely delicious.

The lady making the sub did an excellent job. She added the veggies generously and was polite and professional.

Other than that, the store was quite neat and clean with an impressive wall decor.

“Went in on Friday as a first timer ! The food was amazing honestly will never go to another sub shop again! The staff were so friendly and were working their tails off! As someone who has work in the food industry for YEARS they we’re definitely feeling the push of a rush! Was told by the sweetest young lady that one of their manager was in the hospital :( . All I can say is 5 out of 5 isn’t enough. Will be back 100 percent again ! For the food and the staff they made me and my husband feel like long time friends.“

“I just wanted to post this here because I don't think it reflected accurately on the Skip app. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some cookies through the app with regular Italian bread. They didn't have any Italian bread so they upgraded me to herb and cheese for free and included an extra cookie and a note explaining the issue. It was honestly one of the best examples of customer service I've seen in years and I was touched with the effort put in.

Unfortunately, and I'm not happy to include this but it needs to be said, I am lactose intolerant so I ultimately received a sandwich that I couldn't eat and had to throw out and request a refund. In cases where food orders need to be changed I think that they will need to reach out to people to confirm these changes otherwise you risk invalidating the entire order.

I really do feel bad needing to point that out, I am being honest when I was really touched and impressed with the service provided and absolutely want to encourage they employees and management here to continue that level of effort and quality. For the effort alone I will absolutely order from here again and hope that this kind of issue won't crop up again in the future.

I mean this review more as reflection of their effort and potential then a critique of their products.

“I ordered some wraps and a rice bowl with the new Tropical BBQ Heat . (Pineapple Ribs)

The bowl itself wasn't too big of a hit. (I should have gotten it in a wrap.) I also chose to stick with the ingredients it comes with instead of adding extras. Maybe that was a mistake. Sauce was good but I just felt the bowl was lacking a little something.

The wraps we ordered were amazing. I love the full customization.

The ladies behind the counter were so pleasant and upbeat. Made us both smile.

I'll definitely be back to this location to try some other wrap options.

“We had a few bad experiences at this location in the past. Food was just medicore . However, we ordered recently with the buy one get one free footlong deal and did the online order and pickup. Didn't have to talk with anyone and just picked up our food. Food was made perfectly and tasted amazing. Price was definitely right. We will continue to go here now.“

“I ordered an order on the app. It said it would be done at 4. I showed up to pick up and there was a lineup out the door. They had 1 employee working and he was doing an amazing job. However he was so busy that he didn't get my order prepared when it said. He then quickly and perfectly got my order ready. He did an amazing job. However he is being exploited. The next time I go to a mr sub and see 1 employee working I am walking out and going elsewhere. That employee needs a huge pay raise. He did great.“
