“Went in on Friday as a first timer ! The food was amazing honestly will never go to another sub shop again! The staff were so friendly and were working their tails off! I have to say I'm very happy I found Mr. Sub today. I have been getting Subway once in a blue moon and I am not a fan, especially of their menu. I hadn't had Mr. Sub in several years, so happy that I tried them today.“

“We came here for a last minute dinner, the young lad that was working was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, greeting everyone that walked in including us. The sub was on a very fresh cheese bun. During our dinner he was always doing something, keeping busy and we will definitely be back“

“I just wanted to post this here because I don't think it reflected accurately on the Skip app. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some cookies through the app with regular Italian bread. They didn't have any Italian bread so they upgraded me to herb and cheese for free and included an extra cookie and a note explaining the issue. It was honestly one of the best examples of customer service I've seen in years and I was touched with the effort put in.

Unfortunately, and I'm not happy to include this but it needs to be said, I am lactose intolerant so I ultimately received a sandwich that I couldn't eat and had to throw out and request a refund. In cases where food orders need to be changed I think that they will need to reach out to people to confirm these changes otherwise you risk invalidating the entire order.

I really do feel bad needing to point that out, I am being honest when I was really touched and impressed with the service provided and absolutely want to encourage they employees and management here to continue that level of effort and quality. For the effort alone I will absolutely order from here again and hope that this kind of issue won't crop up again in the future.

I mean this review more as reflection of their effort and potential then a critique of their products.

“I went to the subway, Wentworth. Where I met Neenu, who prepared my sub, and she provided exceptional customer service. She was a smiling cutie! I ordered a chicken sub, and she made it perfectly with my preferred toppings. Though it was a bit too saucy for my taste, some might love it. Overall, it was yummy and delicious. I strongly recommend that you keep her around.

“I particularly enjoyed the service. No wait in line. The young lady was engaging and helpful. I took my sub home although there is seating. The sub itself was good and meaty with rotisserie chicken. Would definitely recommend!
