The food was awesome no cheaping out by these folks and the value would put anything else in Durham to shame it wasn't the cheapest place due to the quality of the food and the portions but it was far less expensive than the chain stores or the higher end restaurants. “Fantastic Sunday Brunch with my Mom and Partner. Steak and eggs perfection. Eggs Benedict with several opens, we had it with peameal and excellent! The BH potatoes (a signature side), were very nice. The best part was that Mimosas were also on the menu. First time customer who plans on making this a regular place for family and friends. Our server, David, and the other staff were top notch.

Wheelchair accessibility: This was the only challenge for us as my mom has mobility issues and the front door access had one large step up to get to the door. I did not ask if they had wheelchair access through another entrance though, so I can’t say for sure that this Bistro is not wheelchair accessible. It would be hard to get a wheelchair up the front step.“

“Always look forward to going to Osaka for lunch. I have been here a number of times with co-workers and never disappointed. Both sushi and sashimi is great. Rolls are perfect and sashimi always fresh. Pleasantly surprised at the kick the wasabi has.

We ordered chicken fried rice, beef and broccoli, pepper beef, Cantonese chowmein, sweet and sour chicken balls and general tao chicken.... the chowmein had beautiful fresh green veggies including broccoli and bok choy (many other restaurants use celery as a filler) it was also topped off with a very generous amount of meat... the beef and broccoli and pepper beef dishes also had a decent amount of meet and fresh not soggy veggies... the general tao chicken had a really nice kick to it and meat fresh... this will certainly be our go to restaurant when ordering Chinese in Oshawa.“
