“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“Skip the fast food and relax and enjoy a charming atmosphere at the Homestead Cafe. Homemade food, fresh, tastey. Pleasant, welcoming staff. Daily specials. Soups, salads, quiche, sandwiches, baked desserts. Clean, table cloths, cotton napkins, china cups. Washrooms clean, handicap accessible. Take time to walk through to the little gift shop and look at the artifacts. Grounds are lovely and next door to the Bell Homestead. Have lunch and take the tour.“

“Food: Food so far was okay. Got a scone as I wasn't into the price of a sandwich. Scone looked pretty, the taste was good, but it was quite hard. Hot chocolate was good.
Service: Was pretty quick and efficient to get what I ordered. Wasn't anything special tho.
Atmosphere: Seems like a nice coffee place to get together with someone. Plenty of space between tables to allow you to communicate with someone without worrying about being too loud for the table beside you.
Overall: It's a nice coffee spot to get together with someone. Not overly impressed by the food but will have to try more one day. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't compare their coffee. Price wise they are more than a fast food place, but cheaper than Starbucks.“
