“Went through the drive thru today and ordered three coffees and a tea. Was about to drive out of the parking lot when an employee came running at our car. He had forgotten to put sweetener in my tea and ran it over to my car. I understand we can forget but appreciated so much for him running out and stopping us!! It was also cold and lots of snow on the ground. Great customer service!! Thanks and I will be back!“

“We love this location at 721 Ashburnham
It is beautiful since renovation. We come here almost daily for our afternoon tea and coffee
It is very clean here which is very important to us. Brian is always polite and friendly . Kim goes out of her way to keep this location looking good. She always says hello. All the staff here are super friendly and kind. We really enjoy going there almost daily......and I think the tall lady is Lisa but not sure. She is excellent at keeping the front moving well
But Kim and Brian are the best.“

I've attended this location a number of times and every time, Tim's employee P, (name redacted for privacy) serves up the world's BEST coffee with the sweetest disposition (and upbeat smile). “Attend this Tim Hortons a few times a week with my coworkers.

The staff are friendly, and Daryll even made a point to learn and pronounce my name correctly and goes the extra mile to ensure we have everything we need - this guy needs a raise! Also the woman who often runs the drive through, your lucky to have her.

One request, please bring back Sour Cream Glazed Donuts. I often finding myself no longer purchasing donuts at your Tim Hortons or going to another if I'm really craving a donut which is more often than I'd care to admit!“

“I came in to get a muffin and a drink, I left with those and a smile. The staff were happy, polite, and kind. My muffin (chocolate chip) was fresh and tasty. Every time of come in, I've always been greeted warmly and helped in a timely manner. Will for sure return.“

“Great place in Peterborough. Delicious choices, friendly and efficient staff, fast service. They have dine in option which is amazing as lots of people were sitting, chatting, and enjoying each other's company. We order different foods and we never were disappointed.“

“I go to this Tim Hortons regularly.
They don’t have as many options food wise compared to bigger ones, but just as good.
The staff always gives great service.

Parking: Small parking lot, but parking on the safe of the road works too“

“We were at the tims on lansdowne st east at the pioneer gas station getting coffee this afternoon . The girl serving us was doing a great job , considering she was working alone, helping the customers at the drive through and those inside. She was amazing!!! Her name is Nicole ♡“

“I've been coming here since this location was first built. Staff has always been great and always come to the window to say "hi" to my dog. Great people and as for the food... it's Tims. Straight forward menu that everyone knows.“

Every time I visit, my order is made perfect I came in Saturday afternoon young lady took my order very friendly and enthusiastic loved the smile she made my day I came into order a coffee large double double she started talking how cold the weather is the cutest thing I’ve heard made my day this girl said to me she said it’s very cold outside why don’t you have a donut with your coffee she said a sweet tasty donut will warm you up on a cold winter day that was the sweetest thing I’ve heard i ended up getting a donut with my coffee. If I’m correct I believe her name tag said Jess. I would also like to thank Dylan his name tag said for the wonderful service on my coffee he was very polite .“

“I visit this Tim Hortons almost every day through the drive-thru, and the service is always quick and efficient. My order is always accurate, and on the rare occasion there’s a mistake, they fix it right away with no hassle.

The iced coffee is always perfect, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty.

Only wish the portions were a bit bigger—but overall, excellent experience every time!“

“I've always had really good experiences at this location. I know some of the stuff and they are great. We do a Pay It Forward event each year and I went in there today to bring our money and pay it forward cards in, I know it might be a little bit annoying for the staff but the manager Leah handled it with ease! Not only did Tim Hortons end up with a lot of happy clients today, we are very happy with how our Christmas contribution played out.“

“Service was good today. It's a busy location and sometimes that's not the case, due to customer volumes at the drive thru and the counter, especially in the summer.

Dietary restrictions: Too bad for people with gluten issues; however, you do have almond milk for those with dairy issues. Thanks for that, at least.“

“I love my Timmie’s , but when ya get to the drive through window and almost get nocked out from the perfume coming out, it’s not right. Then drive 7 minutes away and go to take a drink of your coffee and all ya taste is perfume that’s definitely not ok.“

“I simply want to say that the staff that work at this Tim Horton location are absolutely amazing. They deal with so many eclectic human beings and they all do their very best each and every day. I have watched both the staff and the owners come and speak with individuals and help them when they can. The other day there was a lovely, timid, young woman in this store and both a man, who was very careful not to intrude and the owner (female) spoke to the young woman and helped her through a serious crisis (she was obviously physically abused). They sat with the young girl and at one point, I did hear part of the conversation where both the owner and the gentleman were brough to tears and I then followed. These individuals who work at this Tim Hortons care, work VERY hard and deal with A LOT each day. I ask that the patrons of this restaurant appreciate that and treat each member of this Tim Hortons team with the respect that they deserve. There are certainly times when persons have had to be asked to leave but welcome to our world and it is handled as best as it can be. Thank you for letting me share my experience Rhonda“
