“this is hands-down, the nicest Tim Hortons that I’ve ever been to the drive-through was spectacular. Customer service the food extravagant not to mention the girl who was at the window, had a supple bosom, and an excellent attitude. I would definitely recommend I’ll be back.“

“The only aspect of my experience that caused me to drop a star was the long lineups (which should tell you how popular Tim Hortons is!), but also the fact that I was charged 20 cents for a cup of water that (other than the ice the gave me) I had to fill with water myself!?“

“One of the nicer Tim Horton locations I have been to. The staff are always friendly, and the area is generally kept clean. A good spot to study or work - I always find seats available especially after lunch. Pretty busy during lunch time though with construction workers coming in for food and coffee but still a good atmosphere.“

“I've been coming here since this location was first built. Staff has always been great and always come to the window to say "hi" to my dog. Great people and as for the food... it's Tims. Straight forward menu that everyone knows.“

“Service was good today. It's a busy location and sometimes that's not the case, due to customer volumes at the drive thru and the counter, especially in the summer.

Dietary restrictions: Too bad for people with gluten issues; however, you do have almond milk for those with dairy issues. Thanks for that, at least.“

“I visited there (favorite coffee place) today after a long time, as it’s the best spot to get my favorite coffee. I ordered the usual, but this time it didn’t taste right—something seemed off. I went back and informed them about the issue, and Emily kindly assisted me by preparing a fresh coffee, which tasted just right. A big thanks to Emily.“

“I go to this Tim Hortons regularly.
They don’t have as many options food wise compared to bigger ones, but just as good.
The staff always gives great service.

“This is the cleanest and most pleasant Tim Hortons I've ever visited! Everything shines, the glass is spotless, and the tables and kitchen are immaculate.
We stopped here on our way from Newmarket to Peterborough, and I’m so glad we did. We got sandwiches, coffee, tea and a pack of Timbits.
What an exceptional experience! My faith in this brand is renewed.

“It can definitely be slow here- most likely because they are often understaffed, but the food is good, it's convenient, and most of the workers are nice. Also, shoutout to the man who made my bagel BELT around 2pm on March 12th, it was the most well put-together bagel BELT ever and he was very friendly! So thank you! “I've always had really good experiences at this location. I know some of the stuff and they are great. We do a Pay It Forward event each year and I went in there today to bring our money and pay it forward cards in, I know it might be a little bit annoying for the staff but the manager Leah handled it with ease! Not only did Tim Hortons end up with a lot of happy clients today, we are very happy with how our Christmas contribution played out.“

“Just went for a coffee and a doughnut the service was great the people who run it should be paid a lot more than they are getting paid it's to bad the higher ups don't agree with me on this issue but you get good service no matter what.“

“I love my Timmie’s , but when ya get to the drive through window and almost get nocked out from the perfume coming out, it’s not right. Then drive 7 minutes away and go to take a drink of your coffee and all ya taste is perfume that’s definitely not ok.“

“I simply want to say that the staff that work at this Tim Horton location are absolutely amazing. They deal with so many eclectic human beings and they all do their very best each and every day. I have watched both the staff and the owners come and speak with individuals and help them when they can. The other day there was a lovely, timid, young woman in this store and both a man, who was very careful not to intrude and the owner (female) spoke to the young woman and helped her through a serious crisis (she was obviously physically abused). They sat with the young girl and at one point, I did hear part of the conversation where both the owner and the gentleman were brough to tears and I then followed. These individuals who work at this Tim Hortons care, work VERY hard and deal with A LOT each day. I ask that the patrons of this restaurant appreciate that and treat each member of this Tim Hortons team with the respect that they deserve. There are certainly times when persons have had to be asked to leave but welcome to our world and it is handled as best as it can be. Thank you for letting me share my experience Rhonda“
