You see, it is both a convenience store, as well as a small but very tasty eat in or take out facility. Just ask Jay, the owner of Mine Fresh, and she will prepare your order fresh made while you wait.

Vegetarian options: Jay serves mostly items that contain beef chicken and more. But do not hesitate to ask her for many options she has available, vegans can enjoy her many friendly options for sure!

I find the black coffee a little on the bitter side, but sometimes that is what I crave. The espresso seems to be particularly potent here, which I have learned is not a substitute for a proper sleep! The food is pretty great too, I struggle to eat breakfast sometimes but am fond of the selections here.“

“I really appreciate service with a smile. When I pull up to that drive-thru window and the person on the other side of the window has a huge frown or scowl on their face it's not a good experience. I know they may be dealing with something personal but honestly minimum wage is $16 an hour.... Just smile and be thankful you have a job.“
