“I want to share feedback about Jane (window) and Christine (order taker): These two women are FABULOUS, because of them I go out of my way to go to this restaurant, and I go more often then I really need (but thats not so bad LOL).
They remember me, remember my order, they're so friendly and kind, they strike up conversation but not at the detriment of the drive-thru and the times. They brighten my day, and any day I've just needed a positive pick me up, they've always been it. They've also never gotten an order wrong.“

“This is a nice place for an after-dinner meal, or perhaps a date. I ordered the Hit D Spot, which is a plate of Belgian waffles topped with ice cream and brownies. It was very good, but pretty filling so I had to share it with my brother. It took some time to make, though that was understandable given the size of the order, which was pretty big. I would suggest bringing someone to share your food with if you want to order one of the bigger desserts.“

“I was here Sunday the 14th mid day and it was super busy with a massive drive thru line all the way to the mall and the team handled it AMAZINGLY! I don’t think I’ve seen people move so quickly but still have a smile on their face. The team here always has impeccable customer service even when they get slammed with a mid day rush. “I stopped going to Williams cafe about 7 years ago because the food is extremely disappointing. Since then they have renovated and I believe switched owners so I went back today for convenience and turned out to that was a mistake. I got the chicken pesto panini which was first of all tiny then came with bagged chicken and some very horrible Coleslaw&pickle. Cost me $22 dollars for a coffee, cookie and a small sandwich. zero effort was put into the delivery of the food as everything they serve comes out of a bag. I could have gone to an actual nice restaurant and paid the same to get a better meal. I stopped here because I was at staples and went against my better judgement. I'm sorry for thinking that they improved their menu and food prep.“

“This starbucks is inside the metro but trust me the barista CASSIDY was amazing and made my drink so perfect the way i wanted, if you ever experience other Starbucks are out of stock the stuff you looking for, definitely try this one you will never regret, plus Cassidy will make your drink so perfect.“

“The food and drinks here are excellent. The service is okay but I find that it can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it takes 10 minutes for food but my drink was made quicker. One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.“

“First time here , i came to the ICAS offices and i really wanted to get a hot drink and google showed me this tim hortons. I was looking around but can’t actually see no locations, so this is located inside the ontario building so close i was soo happy because i had an appointment and i didn’t want to take me so long waiting. , anyway you pass through the spind doors and turn left you will pass the conferences room and and the end of the hall is a cafeteria so easy and self service which is great , i was in a hurry.

They have a big area for the sandwiches, salads, bakery this was around 11 am so it was only 2 girls at the front so you have to wait less than five minutes to pay . So is not a big issue.

I enjoyed my drink and happy to find this just a few steps from where i have my appointment.“

“This is my favourite starbucks in Guelph. I feel accepted, comfortable, and relaxed when I come here to work on school or need time to reschedule myself.

Parking: There is about 10 spots directly in front of the starbucks, but if for some reason those spots are all filled, there are lots of spaces a couple steps down from the infront parking lots.“
