“I came in because I was having an issue with my espresso machine. Steve was super friendly, helped diagnose the problem, and informed me there was no need to repair. He also gave us a free coffee. I came prepared to pay for a repair and he wouldn’t take my money. I really appreciate the honesty and will be back in the future when it comes time to upgrade my grinder or machine. There was also a very nice selection of beans from local roasters which he walked us through.

“This is the first Starbucks in Waterloo I've been to that isn't run-down. It's very clean, bright, and well taken care of. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. Reminds me of Starbucks you find around the world. I found out that it is privately owned which goes to show what a business should be like. Although an hour walk from my home, it will be my go-to Starbucks on my long walks. Bravo Zulu!“

“Stopped in tonight to try the croffles. My group got a tiramisu, strawberry, and black sesame.

Truly, ALL THREE were absolutely amazing! The croissant-waffle was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the flavoured cream on each one was PHENOMENAL. It’s so rare that you can try multiple flavours of anything from somewhere and EACH ONE knocks it out of the park.

The tiramisu had the perfect amount of creaminess with the espresso and cocoa flavour, the strawberry tasted like real strawberries blended into a light and flavourful foam, and the black sesame tasted SO fresh and truly like it was freshly roasted.

Everything was so good we didn’t even take any photos, but I can’t wait to try other flavours now.“

“Incredible Breakfast place. I got a Chive and Cheddar Scone and a Bacon Buddy.

First of all the scone...i got a cheddar and chive scone and it was unbelievable! Soft, flakey and full of flavour. Hands down best ive had in town...better than the Sconery!
I then got the bacon buddy breakfast sandwich. I gotta say the price put me off..$17 for a breakfast sandwich is alot....but it was worth it! The bread is a fresh made croissant like bun. The egg was perfectly cooked. The bacon was thick and not to salty. The whole thing just melted in the mouth. It's the second best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and well worth the money.
Then it came with home fries which I did not realize when I ordered. Again surprised by the quality. I don't love home fries but these were well cut, fried crispy outside and fluffy inside. I finished them all.
Highly recommend. I will be back.“

“I usually don't leave a review but this place is wholesome. I was having a rough day. I was tired and exhausted because of my work. Both two guys (Forgot their name) were very friendly and cheerful. They kept me engaged while I was there. I ordered strawberry creme frap venti and the guy working at the bar made my drink perfectly and even decorated the frap which eventually lifted my mood.
