“It was my first time visiting this vegan heaven today a d I highly recommend it ?
I had a warm comfort food combo, because I got frozen last night.. a gluten free 7 grain daiya grilled cheese and spiced green lentil soup have hit the spot.
For desert I had a vegan Nanaimo bar and an oat milk hot chocolate with coconut whipped cream on top to go.
Stuff is pleasant and efficient and place is clean and welcoming.
Only thing I did not like was that they have a regular cheese.. I hope that they don't start adding more non vegan items like most "vegan" restaurants in the future.

“I recently had a funny experience with Gold Roast Coffee Services for repair of my Phillips 2200. My coffee machine had issues with the dispenser and as it turned out the grinder motor. Despite a small hiccup, the team handled the situation perfectly, resolving the conflict with professionalism and care. They quickly fixed both the dispenser and the grinder motor, making my machine squeeze stronger brews. Kudos to Steve and Mike! Highly recommend their repairing services.“

Staff was friendly and cheerful but the wait time was actually really bad. Had I known it would take 25 minutes to receive one bubble tea, I would have gotten my drink before my lunch. Unfortunately couples coming in after me were receiving their drinks before I did. Love the new straws and can overlook that they do break easily, because they’re much better than paper!“

“We visited from ottawa. It was packed always a good sign! The staff were busy but very friendly as well the customers were all lovely making space to get around.

The food was delicious and fresh. Our group had vegan BLT and burrito; and non vegan omlet and "the Doug" sandwich.

“Biked to St Jacob’s and found this small coffee shop and ice cream place. Had a cappuccino and a slice of the lemon cake, both delicious. The young woman serving was excellent, very friendly and helpful, checked which milk for the cappuccino and gave me a China cup when I told her that I’d stay in. There was a water station too where I could refill my water bottle. I will be back to try some of the breakfast sandwiches .“

“I usually don't leave a review but this place is wholesome. I was having a rough day. I was tired and exhausted because of my work. Both two guys (Forgot their name) were very friendly and cheerful. They kept me engaged while I was there. I ordered strawberry creme frap venti and the guy working at the bar made my drink perfectly and even decorated the frap which eventually lifted my mood. “Generous with the free samples-- they bring the tray around way more than any other location. There are lots of tables and two chair areas for intimate conversations. The large middle table has a capacity for eight and has power outlets. Internet speed is on the low side, 9 Mbps. The large space echos and there is music playing, so it's not great for a zoom call, but the constant indistinct chatter and cafe sounds are great to help focused work.

I've only started going in the last 4 months or so, but every time I've been through here (always the drive thru) I've had incredibly fast service. Even when I order food, it's ready so fast that I don't even have time to put my credit card away. I've been very impressed with the employees' speed and efficiency here! We tried several croissants. The collection included almond caramel, butter garlic, and tirramisu.

Ovetall, they tasted fresh and very good. The creamy ones were tasteful, and the butter tasted real. they were balanced, not too sweat and at all did not tastr artificial.

We haven't tried the regular croissants, which would serve as a reference.

Finally, they pack the items in a nice box, which can be good as a casual gift.“

One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.“

“I don’t know if it’s just this location but the tea tastes so watered down. It tasted like a teabag was soaked in water instead of milk. I also ordered a cheese tart which was warmed up but still served half-cold. The bathrooms had no paper towel. Wouldn’t come back here. Go to nowtea if you can.

EDIT: I want to edit this review because I had chosen “fresh milk” which the employee let me know is not the regular milk and is more watery. She remade my drink with the normal milk and gave me another tart heated all the way through. Everything was great the second time. I’m really surprised they saw my review while I was in there Haha, most places are not usually so attentive. The workers name who helped me started with a J (Im not sure how to spell it) and I really appreciate her help. Bottom line: If anything ever is not right, just let them know and I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to remedy it for you. Thank you for the great service (:“
