“Eglinton Square Mall is not the biggest mall in the world but hey its definitely what the area needs! Food court is always full of seniors, it’s has a Public Library and plenty of other stores you could check out! It also has Hudson Bay. In terms of traveling to the mall, I must say there is a long construction all along Eglinton Road because of the upcoming Transit System. I am can’t wait for it to be done. It is going to bring the area a great value as it’s going to make traveling with public transit that much easier and enjoyable! Eglinton and Victoria park has a potential to grow! I happen to own a property that I love just in the neighborhood and that being said I can’t wait to see what more the mall has to offer!“

I did take a look at the other reviews and I do feel bad for those people but the three things I got was amazing maybe certain items or maybe if you come at a certain time it’s bad but I am eating at 2:27 PM on Sunday and it is great.“

“Love the food, service & everything about this restaurant. Best place to eat authentic hakka Chinese food with veg and non-veg both options. My personal favourite combination is chicken manchurian with veg hakka noodles. But I also love their chicken pakora, poutine and fried rice. Dumplings were average here but i have only tried steamed ones. Better quantity with very affordable price.“

“Went for dinner last night before going to a show. The menu was a bit out of our normal experiences but we wanted a different experience. Or booth was comfortable. Jason answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they probably were for him. He was engaging but not over the top - very likeable. We tried four of the spicy dishes and they were all exceptional! We did not try the skewers, which we now regret, but we will go back to do that for sure. What a great dinner experience! Thank you, Jason, and your team. We even enjoyed seeing your take-out container in action 😉.“

“I ordered two items from the menu. The Vietnamese Crab Noodle Soup ($22.95) - I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a soft shell crab, on the side. And the Vietnamese Special Platter ($32.95). Both tasted good, but I was a bit disappointed with the amount of protein that came with the platter. I heard the restaurant provides complimentary soft service ice cream at the end of the meal, but it was not offered to me.“

“Good place for quick eats. The noodle portion is very good and flavour is nice. Wouldn't recommend the pan fried baos or the congee though. The pan fried baos are very doughy and congee doesn't taste like other congee places (and not in a good way). Would come back for the noodles though.“

“Tried this place for the first time today and ordered takeout. I chose one of the combo deals because it looked like a bargain, but I wasn’t expecting this much food. Seriously… is the owner sure they’re not losing money on this? 😂 The portions were massive, especially the duck rack. Such an amazing value for the price. I’ll definitely be back*^___^*“

“Just ordered takeout lunch. Staff were friendly and at least the one who took my order spoke English, food was decent (not as salty as most Chinese restaurants), good portion, and my fried rice noodle came with a drink of my choice. I got iced milk tea and it was refreshing.“

“I recently visited Chopsticks: Modern Stir-Fry Asian Restaurant located in the Humanities Wing at 1265 Military Trail, Scarborough, and I was thoroughly impressed. This gem of a restaurant offers a delightful blend of traditional Asian flavors with a modern twist, all set in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm ambiance. The decor is stylish and contemporary, yet it retains a touch of Asian heritage, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special gatherings.
The menu is diverse and exciting, featuring a wide array of stir-fry dishes that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. I tried their signature dish, the Szechuan Beef Stir-Fry, and it was absolutely delicious! The beef was tender, and the vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked, all tossed in a flavorful and spicy sauce that had just the right amount of kick.
What sets Chopsticks apart is their ability to customize your meal. You can choose your protein, vegetables, and sauce, making it easy to tailor the dish exactly to your liking. It’s a great option for anyone who loves having control over their meal choices.
The service was exceptional as well. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and more than willing to make recommendations. They were quick to ensure that our dining experience was pleasant and that we had everything we needed.
Additionally, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. It’s a great value for the money.
Overall, Chopsticks: Modern Stir-Fry Asian Restaurant is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious and authentic stir-fry dishes in Scarborough. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flavorful and satisfying meal. I will definitely be returning to try more of their offerings!“
