Everything tasted fabulous. Service is excellent and Sal is amazing at welcoming everyone. This was our first visit but certainly won't be the last.“

“I haven't been here in about 10 years, probably more, but I decided to take my family here to celebrate my mom's birthday. From the moment we walked in, it was just like it used to be - cozy homey and very welcoming. We were escorted to our table by a very friendly gentleman, and introduced to our waitress. I regret not getting her name, but our waitress was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge of the menu was unreal, and her attentiveness and hospitality had us enjoying the restaurant without even eating anything yet. We ordered a few appetizers, a few different pasta dishes, and chicken and veal parmesan. The collective census of my family was that everything was fresh, delicious, flavorful and very satisfying. I've been to a handful of Italian restaurants and I've been disappointed 90% of the time. But not this time! They also allowed us to bring a cake and kept it in the fridge for us. It was brought out with candles lit, a perfect end to a lovely meal. Everything about this experience was perfect, and my family and I will be back very soon. Never change, Remezzo!“

“Went in to grab some pizza for lunch, wasn’t thinking too much about it. But I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service from Wijay, the gentleman who served me. We exchanged some jokes and laughs and the service was was quick and easy. If you happen to come here, I hope you get to meet Wijay as well!

“Was in with a large group a few weekends ago. Tried the square Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Was so good. Had the right kick to it. So the overall experience. We were a group of around 30. The service was prompt, the servers attentive especially with the challenge of such a large group. Was not too noisy so we were able go have conversations within the entire group. Overall was an outstanding experience.“

“For over a decade, this has been one of our go-to places in the city, especially after trips to the Toronto Zoo. Our family loves the giant pizza slices, pasta, gelato, baked goods, and coffee. Seating is somewhat limited (for now, since they appear to be expanding to next door), and lines can get long, but they move fast. Service is always efficient and polite.“

It has the best dough. It’s soft and fluffy when I order thin crust. It doesn’t taste like cardboard box like other locations. They also put toppings on the pizza properly! It never feels too little. Location is always clean and quiet. Yesterday when I picked up the front staff was very cheerful. Overall this location is the only reason why I still like pizza pizza today. It taste way better than any other location. Noticeably better!“

“Nice little place when looking for a change of pace. Not a whole lot of sit down Italian restaurant options in the area.

Service can occasionally be a bit slow. But we are rarely in a rush. Some of the chairs are kinda flimsy. Be sure to sit gingerly if you’re a customer of size.

Ordered the panzerotto for the first time. Decent. Might order again if in the mood. Meatballs tasted a bit processed. Was surprised by that.

Scoring 5’s across the board to bump the average because I don’t think 3.9 is a fair score per the current standings. But the location is definitely more of a 4.3 kinda place.“

“Krish — the white guy with lots of tattoos — always made our visits to Pizza Pizza extra special. I used to come here often with my family, and he was always super friendly, respectful, and welcoming. He really brought positive energy every time we walked in.

“Pizza Hut is hands down my favourite pizza spot, nothing compares to the taste, consistency, and quality they deliver every time. I had an amazing experience recently that made me appreciate them even more.

Aman went above and beyond for me. I called right at closing time, and instead of rushing me off the phone, he answered with so much kindness and patience. He made sure my order was taken care of, even though most places would’ve just said they were closed. That kind of customer service is rare, and it shows how much he cares about the customers.
