“Came here on a bachelorette wine tour and the service was great! Did a great job explaining the wines and our pairing with popcorn was awesome. Only downfall was that our guests who were gluten free struggled a bit with the food on the pairing, so if you are celiac be mindful of that! Overall, a good experience.“

“I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.“

“We absolutely love Pilliteri. We attended again for the region’s Chocolate and Wine Discovery Pass, and we were serviced by Supreen. She made us feel welcomed and greeted us with a smile. She was very knowledgeable on the pairing and the different wines we were interested in. We ended up buying 6 bottles, but their wines are fabulous. Well worth the money. Later on in the evening, we went back for pizza and more wine. It was the perfect ending for our long day.“

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. “We have been to Napoli Ristorante on many occasions and always have been greeted warmly at the door. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and efficient and they always have gone out of their way to make our dining experience a relaxed and comfortable one. The food is ALWAYS delicious, plentiful and fresh and the restaurant often has interesting seasonal features to accompany its regular menu. Napoli is honestly our very favourite restaurant in the entire Niagara region and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys great food, good wine, value and CARE.“

“Upscale casual vibes with great food and service … we all the way from south Niagara Falls just to get their Khao Soi … excellent dish … big enough for my husband and I to share one if we get a small appetizer as well.

Cons:
- Seating is pretty limited.. maybe 8 tables total
- Parking is challenging
- the neighborhood doesn’t seem to be the best

Still worth it for that Khao Soi tho .. wish they opened a second location in Niagara Falls!!“
