“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! “We booked well in advance as they say they give priority for a window seat to those that book (if they can)This worked well for us as we had a brilliant view of the falls. Service was quick but very friendly except for the person who showed us to the table!) Not everything that was on the menu was available, but what was there was very good. Prices were very reasonable given the tourist attraction outside! Would highly recommend“

“Food is good, fish is great but is lacking any tar tar sauce or fish sauce only soy sauce as a side. The pork fried rice is barely 1/6th inch pieces of pork mixed with a ton of rice. Is it tasty? Yes. But for the price I’d expect some decent pieces of pork“
