“I'm editing my review and deducting a star for food. They recently made some changes that appear to be cost saving and the quality has gone down. The chicken teriyaki bowls were amazing but now, you can no long ask for the Asian vegetables as an option. Additionally they are now.usung what appears to be bagged coleslaw instead of the chopped vegetables. We also only had tiny amount of broccoli in our bowls where in the past you had nice large pieces.

Staff are still amazing and friendly, but the quality of the teriyaki bowls has definitely.gone down.“

“Holy Moly!!! One of the unfortunate details of growing old, is remembering how good things used to be. Eating out nowadays, I almost always feel jipped... I rarely eat out anymore except for Swiss Chalet and occasionally Harvey's. My daughter offered to pick me up a sub after her shift today. I got the Captain's Club and let me tell you, this Captain runs a tight ship! This sandwich was created with pride and very generously heaped high. Everything was very fresh and I could have not wanted a little more of this or that!! Every bite was as good as the first. Loved the fine shredded lettuce.! I will become a very regular customer as long as you can reasonably continue the quality. Tip of the hat to all the staff and management!!!“

“Absolutely love this location. It’s always where I stop after work to get something quick to eat. Tonight I went in and was greeted by Jinesh who was lovely to talk to. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at this location but Jinesh really exceeded my expectations tonight. We had a great conversation as I was getting myself and my siblings some subs. And when I got home to eat they were all great just as we were hoping for. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if Jinesh is working 😉“

“I came here to specially write about how awesome their service was. They were so patient with our orders ( slow selecting customer here) . The portions were huge. My kids have allergies to few products which takes time to make order but it was executed perfectly. Package was perfectly named and tagged.“
