“Great beer, food, atmosphere and staff!!“

“I had such a great experience at this Chipotle! I originally tried to place an order through the app to take advantage of an online promotion for a free quesadilla, but I ran into some issues getting the order to go through. When I went into the store, the staff and manager were incredibly kind and helpful. The manager patiently walked through the situation with me and even offered to honor the promotion if the app wouldn’t work, asking only that I share feedback so the issue could be fixed for others.

In the end, we figured out the problem — it turned out to be related to using Google Pay, and once I added my card directly, the order went through without a hitch. The manager went above and beyond by also including free chips and guacamole as an apology. Both he and the team were so friendly and accommodating, which really made the whole experience positive.

On top of the excellent customer service, the food was fresh and delicious — exactly what you hope for from Chipotle. I left really impressed and grateful for the way the staff handled everything. Definitely a 5-star experience!“

“Great customer service! They let me try a sauce before I got the wrap just to make sure that it wasn’t too spicy for me (a person with no spice tolerance..). It was unfortunately too spicy, the guy then offered me water to help.

“A must visit place during summers. I guess people do enjoy the fall and spring times as well. I just prefer the hot times, lol. It just makes everything taste better at that time of the year. Didn't make it this summer but definitely a mist try especially if you are bike riding on TCT and need to refresh yourself with something cold and fizzy 🤪“

“What a refreshing friendly place to have a beer and watch a bit of the game. The open concept bar/kitchen and brewing system make you feel like your one of the family. Staff were all excellent tonight but our table highlight of the night was Tory and Elissa who enthusiastically helped us decide what to order and made sure we were always taken care of throughout the night.
Can’t go without giving a big shout out to the boys in the kitchen who outdid themselves with original takes and innovative plates - Jacob and Josh.“

“Tonight was my first time there. Once I got up the stairs (puff puff 😁) I joined the group I was meeting. There was cold water waiting. In no time at all, we were given food menus followed by the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I didn’t understand a couple of the food descriptions and our Server, Felix, was quick to explain without me feeling like a dope. I ordered a plate (started with a “B”) because it included three differently tasting items. And, a bottle of white wine. The whole group was pleased with the timely delivery of their meals. Mine was delicious - one hot spicy, one less spicy and one full of flavours. Plus, rice, purple cabbage (!) and beans. Everyone liked their menu choices. The portions were large. We ate, not feeling rushed at all. Felix asked if we’d like to take home what was left on our plates…”yes please” and brought take home boxes. I said “I guess the rest of the wine stays here LOL”. Well, Felix just said “no - I can take care of that for you” and he did ! I came home with second dinner - food & wine ! Kudos to Felix and Casa Mexicana for hiring him. I look forward to eating there again !“

“Thank you for the wonderful meal. Very tasty! My partner and I ordered the peanut satay and lil'terry, it was delicious. Flavourful and cozy! We both agree that we would order it again. We ordered through Uber but agreed to just order in person next time. The portions were a little smaller than we thought they would be even so the pricing is still very good.“

“Amazing experience. Choose your vegetables, protein and sauces and they prepare for you. You are charged according to the weight. The service was good and the food tasted great. Only concern was halal meat was to close to other meat and was concerned about cross contamination.“
