“Holy Moly!!! One of the unfortunate details of growing old, is remembering how good things used to be. Eating out nowadays, I almost always feel jipped... I rarely eat out anymore except for Swiss Chalet and occasionally Harvey's. My daughter offered to pick me up a sub after her shift today. I got the Captain's Club and let me tell you, this Captain runs a tight ship! This sandwich was created with pride and very generously heaped high. Everything was very fresh and I could have not wanted a little more of this or that!! Every bite was as good as the first. Loved the fine shredded lettuce.! I will become a very regular customer as long as you can reasonably continue the quality. Tip of the hat to all the staff and management!!!“

“Absolutely love this location. It’s always where I stop after work to get something quick to eat. Tonight I went in and was greeted by Jinesh who was lovely to talk to. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at this location but Jinesh really exceeded my expectations tonight. We had a great conversation as I was getting myself and my siblings some subs. And when I got home to eat they were all great just as we were hoping for. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if Jinesh is working 😉“

“Wouldn’t normally write a review for a sandwich , but after usual ‘meh’ sandwiches at other locations today’s experience warranted a positive review of our experience. We visited at lunch today July 10th. The line moved efficiently but not rushed and hurried. I appreciated the efficiency but also the extra few seconds of attention to sandwiches. It made a difference. When we sat down to enjoy our sandwiches, I was taken aback at how perfect it was. Ot was fluffy, toasted, the vegetables had a chilled crunch combined with the toasted melted shredded cheese and meat. I told my daughter it was the most enjoyable subway sandwich I’ve ever had. So many subways have reviews in the 3’s, and we’ve skipped subway based on the locations reviews. This one delivered. Keep up the great work and continue serving the sandwiches with care it shows!“

“Loved the Big veggie sun here. So far the best veg sub I had in Ottawa. Loved that veggie patty. It is a must try. The service we got was excellent and staff was very kind. The ambiance was very good. Would definitely go here again again whenever I crave for sub. Trust me, it can totally satisfy your craving. It was so tasty and delicious.🤤“

“Amazing customer service. My husband is celiac and have to say this is the most satisfied we have been with precautions at any fast food restaurant in the last 3 years. Obviousally, cannot guarantee with 100% certainty no gluten, but they went over the top to ensure there was the least possible chance of cross contamination. Excellent food! Excellent service!“

“Sandwiches were great, up to subways usual standards.

The restaurant was a bit hard to navigate with a stroller but its possible.

Staff are super nice! The cashier even stepped away from the counter to open the door for me on the way out! I didn't even need to ask for assistance!“

“When I walked in, I was behind a group of 8 young men and expected the wait to be quite long. To my surprise, it went extremely fast. The team of young men working the counter is very efficient, organized, courteous and make a perfect sub. I swore off Subway after horrible wait times in the Plateau... But Aylmer is certainly not the same. Good job guys!!“

“A very pleasant experience with Nil who works early morning at the Subway in Bells Corners, Ontario. Nil has a sub ready every morning for our 9 year old grandson. He is always pleasant, always smiles and always wishes me a good day as do I to Nil. Just so nice when the staff is so friendly.“

“The three guys working there were awesome! I accidentally was standing in the wrong area to order and they thought I was there to pick up an online order. Once they realized I wasn’t picking up and wanted to just order a drink, they apologized profusely and said my drink was on the house. Can’t remember their names for the life of me but kudos to whoever was working May 6th at around 5:30.“
