“Our first time there on a Saturday night for dinner. The restaurant was empty & the music was blaring like a nightclub. We had to ask the server to lower the volume 3 times & it was still so loud that we could barely hear each other speak. We sat close to the back where the speakers are located.
The Server was enthusiastic & offered many suggestions.
The food we ordered was all good. We had the Peri Peri Chicken, Bharve Golgappe & Chicken Biryani.

“Me and my co-workers went out for lunch today and we decided we would try this restaurant. The owner welcome us and seated us, he was so nice and always came to check on us while we waited on our food. The restaurant was so clean. We were a group of 7 and to my surprise I couldn’t believe how fast our food came out for such a large group. The food was amazing so fresh nothing was frozen. We could not stop talking about how great the food was we all tried each other food and omg it was so good, no joke. We can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend to anyone trying this cuisine of food for the first time. This place will leave a long last effect on you.“

We went around 6 people, great and convenient location, just 5 min walk from Bloor and Yonge Station. We ordered Samosa Chat, Cheese Nan and Chicken Tikka Masala from the appetizer and had Lababdar and Special Butter Chicken in the main course. “We visited Roti Cuisine of India during our trip to Canada 🇨🇦 after seeing it recommended online. We ordered the Butter Chicken Roti and discovered a dish that felt uniquely Canadian something we hadn’t seen before! The roti was used as a wrap, filled with rich, flavourful curry wrapped in soft, warm bread. It had a nice balance of spice and heat, and I really enjoyed it. I’d definitely have it again!

However, there were a few issues with the dine-in experience. Although the restaurant advertises itself as an eat-in place and has tables and chairs inside, it’s clear that it mainly operates as a takeaway spot.

There were a couple of inconveniences:

They wouldn’t accept our international cards or credit cards, so we had to leave and withdraw cash from an ATM.

When we asked for water, we were told they don’t provide tap water because they're a takeout business - which contradicts their dine-in setup and advertising.“

I introduced my elderly Carribean father and he loves your salmon !

He recently asked me for a favor and I needed to go to his condo to help out. He lives in East York, 5 minutes away from your spot. I agreed to go to his home but asked him to pick me up some food from your spot for my services, lol!!

He also purchased a small chicken biriyani for me to take home for my daughter. She didn't get that! That was for me too, lol! What people don't know won't hurt them, lol!“
