“Firstly I wanna say that our server tonight was fantastic. She was very intentive and thoughtful. I was super impressed by the service. It was my husbands and mine 1 year wedding anniversary and we were so impresssed with the food and quality. Atop of that the extra accommodations to make something off the menu. Lobster Mac was was great, additionally so was the portabello mushroom burger. The specialty mock drinks which were made up for us as and the dessert too was just so considerate and made the night even more special. Thank you so much for the lovely night. “Absolute gem of a restaurant in Welland.Customer service is more like they treat you like family. Offering both welcoming comfort and great tasting food.McDonalds and other fast food joints nearby are ruined since these prices compete while their food is healthier and served in great portions.I bring everyone here who comes to Welland when i can.“
“My husband ordered Monday's special, Chicken burger and fries but he made the fries a potine instead. I ordered the pork kabobs. The food was delicious and customer service was just right. The pricing is really good too. The place is clean and there is so many things to do. If we weren't limited on time we definitely would have stayed longer. Entertainment wise you won't be disappointed. They have like 4 or 5 big screen TV's, a pool table, darts and like 5 gaming systems. (Those slot machine like ones. Sorry, not sure what they're called.) They even have some type of golf game maching and of course a jukebox. We will definitely be going back. Our compliments to the chef.“

“I’m from the US and I am a hot wing junkie. I always found it odd that most wings here in Canada that claim to be “Buffalo sauce” are tomato/ketchup based. It is doubly odd since Buffalo is about a 30 min drive away.Enter Bugsy’s. Best wings I’ve had in a long time, US or otherwise. Chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce was heavenly. Wife also had the sesame ginger wings and those were great too.Oh and definitely recommend the fried pickles app. Just don’t make the same mistake as me and continuously eat them while piping hot!Service was great as well!Only downside I would say is the wings are a tad pricey, but that might save me (and my waistline) from eating them every day.“

There’s good views overlooking the bustle of the cafeteria and different seating arrangements from couches to regular tables to high chairs.Options: There are very limited options for meals and this is likely because it does not get enough business to afford a huge selection of groceries and cooks to make them. However much of what you are served is convincingly fresh and tasty.I personally wouldn’t recommend coming here regularly as it can be distractive and pricey however it is a nice spot to come for a quick bite to eat or to catch up with friends in a more uplifting environment.“
“We cycled the Welland Canal trail from Welland to Lock 7 on a Tuesday in Thorold and made our way into downtown to go for lunch. We had walked almost the entire length of Front St. North, looking for a pub where we could have a pint with our food, finding only closed restaurants and one that we decided against, and were about to give up when we found this gem.Bezo's has an old school charm, with friendly service and excellent food. We got wings and fries, and I have to say that the fries here are some of the best I've ever had - crispy from first bite to empty plate. The wings were also delicious. We'd have liked to find some local beers on tap, but still enjoyed our ice cold pints after a long bike ride.I highly recommend this pub!“
