“We tried a burger and poutine today and both were exceptional! Hot juicy burger, and they do not skimp on anything- SO much cheese and gravy on the poutine. My 7-year old said "this is the best poutine in the world!"Customer service was excellent and genuine. I forgot that they were cash only and when I came back with money they were so nice about letting me add to my order even though they had already started it. As we left, they had everything we could need all in the bag ready to go. I cant wait to come back“

She was friendly, efficient and very compassionate when advised I was immunocompromised; she volunteered to wear a mask when coming into our cabin and did so each time. I was extremely happy with the price, quality, quantity and taste of my breakfast.Breakfast is served all day and I had 2 eggs, hash browns and toast for $5.95 and my compaian had a big breakfast for around $14.He received 5 or 6 pieces of bacon two sausages, home fries, toast, two eggs and two pancakes.Despite looking a little questionable on the outside the inside was clean and bright. You can see where they make your food and servers were very friendly.The parking lot is a nightmare unless you have a tiny compact car or motorbike so I would recommend parking on the street.I would definitely recommend trying out the Golden griddle for breakfast and I will be going back to try the Friday night fish and chip special in the near future.Kid-friendliness: There was large open areas lots of booth seating and quite a few TVs playing things like America's home funniest videos, sports and on some news.“

We decided to try a bunch of items based on other reviews and all we very tasty....Chicken wings with Med Sauce, 6 SL Pepperoni Pizza, Quirky Turkey with Buffalo Chips, Nashville Chicken Sandwich (with good heat), Hamborgini, Mac and Cheese and Philly Cheese Steak with House Salad (dressing is an awesome Homemade Basil Vinaigrette). Well worth the trip to this gem and to top it off, they have a smooth Jazz band playing on Sat's night (a great added touch).“

She brought our kids some veggie snacks to nibble on while they waited for their food, which was such a lovely touch. The kids devoured their meals (mini burgers, wings, pizza, salad). I had the Nashville chicken and Caesar salad and loved both… though I wished it was a little spicier so I requested some hot sauce and they had fave - Cholula - so I was a happy camper. Friends had the seafood pasta and steak and both finished their plates as well. I was expecting run of the mill chain food but this was quality food with a nice ambiance. Only complaint was having to walk out and through the hotel lobby to get to a washroom.Parking: Parking was free for restaurant patrons! We walked over but saw signs.Kid-friendliness: They have a decent kids menu and provided veggies and dip to keep the kids happy until their food arrived. Such a nice touch. It was late so we opted not to do dessert and they provided the kids small pouches of cookies on the house! As we were leaving, they even let the kids choose something from a treasure chest!“

“We were in Niagara recently and wanted to have dinner before returning to Toronto. We were lucky to score a patio seat (covered and heated - since it was February) as this was a last minute decision for us. The dining room was fully booked already, but the patio was great. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing. All of the food was exceptionally prepared and expertly paired with wines from old and new worlds. The overall dining took just a bit over two hours and was neither dragged out nor rushed. Our server was always there to attend to all of our needs. Looking forward to the next time we are back in the area for another visit.“
“We had a beautiful dinner here. As a family of four with one school-age child and one toddler, we felt very welcome and we all thoroughly enjoyed the special views of the falls. We made our reservation online in advance, which was for 5:30 on a Saturday evening in March. Upon arrival we were very pleased to have our parking ticket validated ($35 value) and to be seated right by the window with a spectacular view. Since it took about 2 hours to enjoy all aspects of the 3-course meal, we were still there at 7:30pm when the lights came on to illuminate the falls.Our two servers were named Michelle and Cindy, both of whom were extremely efficient and helpful. They made sure our whole family was taken care of. For example, we were given a high chair for our youngest, able to order our kids' meals right away to get them eating first, kids' drinks were served in cups with lids, extra napkins without asking, etc. Michelle offered some great guidance on menu choices. We chose the prix fixe menu for both adults, and every dish was delightful. The arancini and samosa appetizers were each a great mix of different textures and fresh flavours. The lamb shank and pork main dishes were unique in flavour and generous in portion. I found the combination of roasted pork and sausage with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes was delicious, though the sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. For dessert we had a triple chocolate mousse, which was very rich, and an apple caramel cheesecake, also rich and quite sweet. Honestly we were full and a few sweet bites was enough to finish a really lovely meal.We felt the value for money was good. The 3-course meal was $65 per person, non-alcoholic drinks were $5, and kids meals with drink included were $12-$16 each, plus $5 per kid dessert. Thanks to the wonderful service and the special setting of this restaurant, it was worth it. Very memorable and enjoyable!Parking: Park in the gated Niagara Parks lot across the street, then be sure to bring your parking ticket in with you to be validated at the desk when you appear for your reservation. Completely dried out . Crust was ok though. The service is very good. We had multiple waitresses ask if we needed anything. The biggest issue for me is the noise level. It's VERY loud. It's basically a shell of a building with tables and chairs spread around the room. All the hard materials deflect all the noise.Even if the food was better I would not go back with noise levels as they are.Parking: Their is a parking lot around the building, but it is not very big. Only the front part Is paved. The rest is gravel . Lots of puddles after rain.“

“GREAT place to get an amazing view of the Niagra Falls and surrounding areas! If you're visiting the Falls, it is a must visit attraction. It's not that expensive, and the views are incredible. The ride in the elevator takes about a minute. You're almost 800 ft up from the Falls. The tower, the elevators, and the railing/cage were all in great shape, very well maintained, so you have a great sense of security if you're afraid of heights. Expect crowds, it's a popular attraction, but it's so worth it.“

We had walked almost the entire length of Front St. North, looking for a pub where we could have a pint with our food, finding only closed restaurants and one that we decided against, and were about to give up when we found this gem.Bezo's has an old school charm, with friendly service and excellent food. We got wings and fries, and I have to say that the fries here are some of the best I've ever had - crispy from first bite to empty plate. The wings were also delicious. We'd have liked to find some local beers on tap, but still enjoyed our ice cold pints after a long bike ride.I highly recommend this pub!“
