“Me and my group had Bryce as a server. I was dining in with DHF as part of an event, and having Bryce as our server was an absolute delight! He made us feel welcomed and lifted the atmosphere with his banter and quick service. He felt more like a friend than anything! 😊 Props to him!“

We always stop in before any event at Scotiabank Arena because it's close to Union Station and walking distance to so much more. Make a reservation online to secure a table, but there is waiting room and the line moves quickly. Always good service, friendly staff and using their Inspired Rewards App you can save money, order, pay and even choose what music they play!

Kid-friendliness: Always super accommodating to kids and they have a great "big" kids menu my 10 year old loves 😉“

“Incredible place. Delicious hot creamy garlic wings, AMAZING fries, and odd pairing perhaps but the lotus leaf wrapped pork sticky rice was a delight. Good price for all. Fantastic warm service and bonus that it was someone’s birthday at Friday night karaoke and we saw a soul wrenching rendition of “Part of Your World” from the Little Mermaid. Only 4 stars because they were playing UFC which isn’t one of my favourite sports but it is a sports bar after all. In my heart it’s 4.5 stars. I’ll be back to try some of the other 79 wing flavours.“

“I decided to try this hidden gem for takeout on my birthday. This place was absolutely surprising. Food was unbelievable and decently priced. $156 for 5 people to share and we ordered about 10-12 meals I think. You do not want to sleep on this place. The girl that took our payment (maybe also bartender?) was a doll and so friendly. I actually called after we ate to say how good it was lol. 10/10“

“Went for dinner last night and had a few pints. Beer selection is amazing BTW. Ordered the flat iron steak medium rare. Plate came and the presentation was great, but the steak was raw. I can eat rare, but this was blue rare. Very politely let my server know and she apologized and placed an order for a new one. The manager then came to the table and apologized and said he’d remove my meal from the bill. I told him that was very generous and appreciated. Second plate came and it was cooked perfect. Errors happen, but the customer service more than made up for it, and I recommend The Craft for this reason.“

“Popped in for a beer before going out for dinner, the bartender was very nice, and our beers and several jugs of water were brought out to us on their back patio quickly. With a name like The Local it really does match the atmosphere of a local watering hole, it doesn't try to be anything more than it is. Had a small stage that looked like it would.be good for an open mic or small performance, and a table with a bunch of board games. If I was from Toronto I'd probably be a regular.

“I can't really rate the food, I was there for the beer and for socialising, but it looked ok from what I saw. It ticked both boxes I was there for. It's my favourite pub in Toronto from the few times I've been now. Has an old charm, a set of regulars, more than one bar and outside area, a good selection of beer, and a lively customer base upstairs. Friendly staff too.“

Wow, not your typical pub grub we had the mussels and the flavour in the broth was next level, the bugger was juicy and flavoursome and the house fries we excellent to, the place is family friendly. “Gabby’s – Guildwood Village Shopping Centre Four of us visited Gabby’s in the Guildwood Village Shopping Centre yesterday for lunch. The restaurant opened last year, and this was our first time there. After seeing so many great reviews online, we decided to check it out. We were greeted right away and seated where we preferred. Our server, Sarah, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and helpful in guiding us with our drink choices. Between the four of us, we ordered: Chicken wings with fries Onion rings Garlic bread Buffalo chicken wrap with fries Braised beef stone-fired pizza Everyone agreed the food was excellent. I had the pizza, and it was sensational—the beef was tender and perfectly portioned, pairing beautifully with the onions and mushrooms. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, whether you’re enjoying a meal on the patio, dining indoors, or sitting at the bar surrounded by plenty of TVs. Service was impeccable. The washrooms were very clean, though they are located in the basement. If you’ve had a few drinks, you might prefer the accessible washroom on the main floor, as the stairs are steep. We all agreed we will definitely be back—there are so many other tempting menu items we want to try. The amazing service we received from Sarah made the experience even more enjoyable. But they don’t realize that all the burgers, sandwiches and wraps have fries included in the price. I don’t blame them, that detail is written in small font at the end of the menu lol. I believe you can Celibate Birthday parties, etc.. just give them a heads up on your plans, they will try to accommodate you and yours! Prices are reasonable there's plaza parking limited, Salvation Army store next door just FYI! P.S. Owners do the serving, no waiters.

Parking: A few disabled spots, closest to the west side of lot. Not sure about unreasonable time periods not having a Vehicle I do know the area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Small lip at doorway but Lance has a piece of wood for entering, and most of the people are quite friendly and actually get the door for wheelchair etc....“

“My friends and I had a great time here after stopping by on a whim; we liked the name as we walked by. Great food and drinks, all very reasonably priced. We are from the States and were met with warmth and hospitality, and given so many ideas on where to go next. Ozzi, Kevin, and Pedro, along with others, offered us a wonderful time and conversation.
