It was ok, but the 2 staff were busy with online orders, that the in-store customers were left waiting such a long time that they were visibly frustrated. I found the staff courteous but too busy to really engage with, and my drink was exactly as I ordered it.
I've visited this Chatime on numerous occasions and each time I find it very busy, so service is always a bit slow. I ordered mango green tea 30% sugar, less ice with mango popping bubbles and the drink itself tasted great. I just thought it was a bit expensive even with the daily specials they have going on this summer. If you're looking to save time and not stand in line, there are better bubble tea options around that area!

Excellent tea and service . The staff is cordial, friendly and helpful. They are more than willing to accommodate your requests and alterations, without reservations. The best in the area, have tried most shops, so far the best.. must try it when around. The golden tea is a great option.Dietary restrictions: CouldOpt for honey instead of sugar.. enhances the flavour .
