“Well at this location on Dufferin , the place was clean. My order was dealt with satisfactorily, except for the onion rings,those rings need a do over, other than that , the staff was super.I felt welcome, customer service was right up there as it should. Nothing bad to say about this location.Big up to the super at this location.😊

“New ownership has turned this location around completely. Chicken is fresh. Sides are hot. Quick and easy as well. Skip the new hip chicken spots in town and just get some good ole classic Popeyes. They know what they are doing here for some good fresh Louisiana chicken.“

“I recently visited this Popeyes location and had an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Minu. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was accurate.

Minu clearly explained what the menu options were, and I appreciated how patient and friendly the staff were throughout, especially Minu. The food was good and hot, but it was the excellent service that truly stood out and made my visit memorable.

“One of the best poppeyes I've tried close to dufferin station opposite of chef Shawarma. Food is so scramptious,fresh and tender chicken with buttery bread that perfectly cooked. Please if you get chance tried this location. Mohammad behavior and service is way too good that make me feel to give review today. Moreover, everyone in my families love it too. “Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in town !
I do believe they do have the best 🍗 chicken sandwiches available with the ability to max out the spiciness level and all sorts of the sides to choose from.
I really do enjoy the Mac n Cheese as well as the coleslaw as well. And now they got some more value meals that i will give a try .As for now, i tried the spicy wrap and it was mouthwatering ❤️“

“Had a good experience at this location, served with the fresh chicken burgers .The cashier with a mask was really keen while taking orders and helped with the selection of the menu with good deals as I came with my family on the weekend .Definitely recommended.Popeyes consider hiring more people like that .“

“Not a bad location. Initially they were hit or miss and would prefer to go to bloor location but that’s changed. Portion size is a bit less for sides with normal meals here so I buy boxes of fries instead. This was a few weeks back but I remember eating every morsel and finishing my dinner in one sitting. “Visiting from Louisiana, I stopped by this Popeye's location, I was very excited to get a taste of home.

“I came here after a long 12 hour shift and I had a wonderful experience , I had great customer service , they asked me how my day went and treated me with lots of respect. Also they made my food pretty quick also it was fresh as it can be and I really truly appreciated the experience.

“This place had one cashier and one cook at the back. So busy at the time i went. The man at the front had to take orders and pack food for orders while running around to grab things in the back. He remained calm without being angry when people were waiting a long time. It would of been better to have two people to manage at dinner but who knew it gets busy and the ttc kicked all of us out of the subway due to track injuries so we all got out to find some food for dinner instead of waiting in the rain outside. It was the longest wait for my mobile order at popeyes. I never ordered in advance online until that time.“

“We have been going to this Popeyes regularly since June of 2024, and the service cannot get any better from Azaan and Co. This has to be the best run Popeyes in the GTA hands down. “I had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich tonight after a hard night of Uber work. The sandwich was exceptional as well as the popcorn shrimp that they had served with barbecue sauce. I got to tell you that the sandwich and the shrimps were exceptional. They were not too greasy and they were well made. I wanted to thank Saad, Grishma and Saima for cooking a delicious chicken for me. As of now I am going to come for the chicken breast sandwich to Popeyes. Through their professionalism and awesome cooking talents they made me a long term Popeyes costumer.

Parking: It is street parking and it is awesome. Even though it is on the street parking but they don't give you a ticket.“

“It's a little tough to find due to no signs out on the main building. Though it is nestled in a food court competing dozens of other food establishments. “Always reliable, but have messed my order more than once (gave me a spicy sandwich instead of a normal one, gave a me cold Mac and cheese). Don't get the poutine, it's not cheese chunks it's just one cheese obelisk they microwave.“

“Got Ubereats delivery and I've never had Popeyes before so maybe I'm biased but the new chicken sandwich was sooo good. It was crispy, flavour was great and spicyI tried the poutine but I found it very salty but the Cajun fries is a nice touch. Mashed potatoes side was pretty good for a fast food spot. The chicken sandwich itself is good enough for me to try it again. I like how they made the batter special and that's why it's so tasty. I like it more than KFC chicken sandwich.“

“One of the better chicken places that I like to order from and take home I'm not interested in staying in the restaurant but they do serve very hot chicken meaning, not so much on the spicy side if you but you can get it. Hot meaning you can barely touch the chicken until you get home. I tried to eat some of it in the car not possible, too hot. I love the crunch on the outside of the chicken“
