I really don't understand why people complain about their service. I’m not a regular customer and only go there once in a long while, yet I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff have always been very nice to me.
Regarding the 12% service charge, I think it’s fair for the level of service they provide. The mandatory service charge probably exists because of too many cheap customers. If you’re complaining about it, you might be one of them.

They charge 12% auto tips but the service is non-existent! Would not go back!
Food and service from the staff was great. Staff were all kind and attentive. Food had good flavours and wok fire.
Atmosphere on the other hand was horrendous. We were stuck between 2 very large and LOUD tables. We could not hear our own thoughts at all. The tables were not aware of their surroundings, where the people at those loud tables were pushing into our space from all angles. Ex. We had to ask the staff to pull OUR table away to give us some space to even sit comfortably....read full review
