“Don’t sleep on this spot!!! Best fish and chips I’ve had in the GTA area, and definitely in Markham (sorry McCowan’s Fish & Chips haha)… it’s a humble little spot with great quality food and huge portion sizes. One meal could easily feed 2 adults. Would avoid the brisket though, it’s a bit dry. Looking forward to try their breakfast omelette and poutine. They do take an incredibly long time to cook and serve but its worth the wait. Their potato game is on point!“

“45 years I ago I ate my very first McDonald's at this restaurant. I went to birthday parties in the basement. And played in the play place .

Yesterday brought back so many memories. Eating there it's been a long time .

“The food was great. I dined in here with a couple of friends around 9 and there was plenty of seating and parking. I got the gladiator burger with an extra patty, mushrooms, extra cheese, a fried egg, grilled cheese buns, and bacon. We also got a poutine to go with our meal. The cashier was very friendly, opting me to modify that burger (Gladiator) because they don't sell the General Maximus anymore. The price came out to $37.30 for that and a canned coke. The price is reasonable, I've definitely been charged more for similar servings at different restaurants. I am happy with the experience.“

“My husband and I were on our honeymoon last week and decided to try The Burgers Priest. We were so blessed to be served by a man named Steven. Not only was he super friendly and patient while we tried to decide what we wanted...but once he found out we were on our honeymoon he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was happy to hear that people are still willing to take honeymoons and to see true love. I swear he was the friendliest person we met and he blessed us so much this visit. Anyone who is served by him is a lucky person :) keep it up Steven! The world needs more people like you!“
