“Open late-night, this place did the job of satisfying late-night food cravings. There wasn't a whole lot of choices for pizza slices around midnight however it tasted fresh. The packaging was well done and the service was acceptable if not lackluster. Pizza Pizza is a choice we all make when there are no choices to make at night so for that fact alone, it does the job adequately.

Vegetarian options: You get veggie slices or event order pizzas made using cauliflower as a Crust base.

“Probably the best pizza franchise in the GTA. My go-to was Domino’s, but I must say, Pizzaiolo is miles ahead of them.

“I had a fantastic experience at this Pizza Pizza location! The staff were super friendly, the service was fast, and the food was hot and fresh. My order was prepared exactly how I wanted it, and everything tasted amazing. You can really tell the team here cares about quality and customer satisfaction.“

“Tried the Honey Fries, Chili Toppoki, Real Chicago Pizza and Cheese balls (on the house).

The honey fries were nice and crispy with a hint of sweetness however I prefer the cheesling fries over these.

The Chili Toppoki was good. I like that it includes fish cakes, imitation crab and veggies such as green onions and cabbage, not just rice cakes. It can be very spicy if you can’t handle spice.

The real chicago style pizza was super cheesy as expected. The crust was also loaded with cheese and the dough was soft and chewy. I wished there was more tomato sauce on the pizza and more meat to increase the savouriness.

The cheese balls were crunchy and chewy with a hint of sweetness from the cheese.

I would recommend coming to this place and giving them a try.“

It is my custom to host the staff Christmas luncheon which I did again today. This year we added chicken wings on top of two large pizzas. Everything was to my satisfaction. “We’ve been regular customers at this location since it’s just a short walk from our home. Being vegetarian and non-alcoholic, we usually enjoy ordering nachos, the artichoke dip, and a Pepsi. Our visits are usually peaceful and pleasant, and we stay for about an hour or so. In the past, we’ve been helped by staff like Alex, Haris, and Rosa, who always made us feel welcome and comfortable.

However, today’s experience was disappointing and quite upsetting. We requested to sit on the sofa side instead of the middle tables, and one of the helpers kindly said it was okay. But then another employee, whose name I will not mention, intervened. She called the other staff member over and appeared visibly displeased about our request. What made it worse was that she then walked over to the main counter and seemed to be discussing us with others — we noticed her constantly looking at our table, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

She ended up being the one to serve our food, and her attitude — through both her tone and facial expressions — felt unwelcoming and cold. The experience made us so uneasy that we left within 25 minutes, much earlier than usual, and sadly decided not to return.

As regular patrons, this was very disappointing. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously because one negative interaction can undo months of good service.“
