The Megabite was pure burger bliss—juicy, stacked, and packed with incredible flavor in every single bite. My wife’s spicy crispy chicken sandwich delivered the perfect crunch with just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the flavor.

“We visited Harvey's today, namely on 9 September 2025.

I have been living in the UK for quite some time. I recently returned to visit my Mother and we decided to go to Harvey's because it was an eating establishment at which I worked a long time ago and I remember the wonderful taste of the burgers.

A lovely member of staff named Sabir assisted us. He was extremely helpful and made our time pleasant.

Another member of staff, a young woman with dark hair, garnished our burgers. She was polite and garnished my Mother's burger with a bit of most things because my Mother stated that she had not had a burger in a long time and this was what she wanted. She is over 80 years old and this gesture was much appreciated.

We received an excellent welcome. The members of staff made a significant and positive impact upon our stay in Canada. My Mother had an excellent outing and this shall now be cemented in my memory.

I have my morning coffee and snacks from A&W at Keele & Hwy 7 almost every day, and I always have a wonderful experience. I especially want to recognize an employee named Babli S. She always welcomes me with a warm smile and provides such friendly service. Her positive attitude and beautiful smile truly make my day better.

What impresses me the most is that she already knows my usual order without me even having to say it! Having someone who remembers and understands their customers so well is truly amazing.

“Jero isn’t just an A&W employee. Jero is the reason A&W exists.

I came in expecting a burger and left questioning whether I had just experienced fine dining. This man makes burgers with the precision of a Michelin-starred chef, the speed of a Formula 1 pit crew, and the customer service of someone who genuinely cares about the human condition.

The burgers were ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Every bite was perfectly assembled, cooked to perfection, and clearly made with standards that most restaurants can only dream of achieving. And somehow, despite working at an unbelievable pace, Jero NEVER sacrifices quality. That is a level of efficiency that scientists should be studying.

But the customer service? Unmatched. Jero could probably sell a root canal as a premium dining experience. Every interaction feels like you’re being personally welcomed into the A&W family.

I have eaten at A&W many times in my life. Before Jero, I thought I knew what a good burger was.

I was a fool.

Jero has permanently changed my standards for fast food. If this man ever leaves A&W, I will personally petition the Canadian government to declare it a national emergency.

“Tried hero burgers with a friend today. And had the most amazing experience with hero family the best in town I would say. The service was amazing. Best food as it said had a dietary restriction about gluten free bun they have that too. Best in town. Best in every way. Would definitely say should give it a try thankyou hero family“

“For many years, I have visited the Petro-Canada gas station attached to this A&W. This gas station tends to have slightly cheaper gas than others in the area.

I had never visited this A&W. I put an end to that streak after work on Wednesday.

A&W has root beer floats for a limited time. I love floats. I make them at home, but it's a treat to have one when I'm out and about.

There is currently a deal to get a root beer float for $2.99 through the A&W app. I took advantage of it by getting one.

The cool thing is that you can customize the pop in your float. I could have done a Diet Coke or Sprite float. I went with a diet root beer as my base. The vanilla ice cream remains the same.

I paid through the app. I had to create a new A&W account, as my old account used an e-mail address that no longer receives new messages. It was nice to have christened this new account.

I drove over to this store, which didn't take long from where I was. The catch is that the drive-thru is behind the convenience store. I ended up figuring out that the entrance to the car wash is also nearby.

Once I saw the entrance to A&W's drive-thru, I was good. I approached the order area. I got a woman's voice. I let her know that I had an order under my name. She saw that it was for a root beer float and said that I could approach the pickup window.

At the window, she confirmed that I wanted a diet root beer. Yep!

I got my root beer float. I thanked this woman and wished her a great day. She reciprocated. I dipped on my float as I continued driving home.

When you hit the drive-thru, you see the A&W patio. It faces Langstaff Road.

My root beer float was excellent. The ice cream was in the form of a hockey puck. It was brilliant in that it melted uniformly. It was creamy and worked so well with the cold diet root beer.

I want another one. I wish root beer floats were permanently on the menu.

Chicken sandwich needs improvement. While it had flavor, they didnt even take the time to flatten it out before frying. It looked like a lump served on a bun. If it wasn't so busy I was going back for a refund because it's unacceptable to charge and serve that.“
