“I recently had to do interviews for my company so I was spending an extended amount of time in the store. My experience was ALWAYS good! Never 1 incorrect order, service was always fast and accurate, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff working are all so friendly and personable, which really helps make the experience top notch. Truly everyone I’ve encountered has been great, all the staff, but Carina specifically always goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful customer experience.“

“We’ve been coming to this Starbucks branch for quite some time now (almost 4 years) and all we can say is that this is the best Starbucks branch we’ve ever been to.

This location is super very busy because of three schools, two daycares, Karate classes in the same plaza, and the Thornhill Woods and Thomas Cook residences all throughout the day and week and even the holidays (especially mornings and even in the afternoon and weekday nights or weekends). But even though it’s that super very busy, this location never fails to give a great experience to its customers and give a warm atmosphere where you can relax.

We also love that they don’t run out of Starbucks merchandises (tumblers, mugs, etc) even the limited/rare merchandises (i.e. Wicked). As a Starbucks merchandise (tumbler) lover, that is super important and critical.

What really really stands out in this location is that the baristas know the regular or even semi regular customers here like myself (weekly or bi-monthly) and are always ready for a friendly greeting and smiles. It’s clear they take pride in building relationships with customers, which creates such a personal, laid-back vibe and warm/cozy atmosphere.

This location is also very welcoming to dogs which makes it a perfect location for us to include our dog whenever we go out for a walk.

I highly recommend this Starbucks location and even though we might move out farther in the near future, we will still come back to this place to get a drink. :)“

“I go here a few times a week before work and I am happy with their service. I often order on the app and pick up my order through drive-thru. By doing this, I ensure that my order is ready on time and no mistakes are made. One thing I would like improved is the drink quantity, sometimes if I get a latte or shaken espresso, my drink is only filled half-way. This can be very upsetting since the drinks are very expensive.“

“When I went to the Starbucks at a different location, the guy at the counter was extremely rude and irritated with me. I was having a very emotional day and I wanted to feel better. “Been here a few times now and today the service was absolutely amazing I made a mistake with my order and apologized but they were so awesome and accepted it.

“I like this location as its really cozy however there is no indoor sitting area. They have a really cool nice outdoor patio which is really good for summer.

I usually pick up my coffee here once a week and it really gets busy during morning rush.

However, the staff is super professional and fast handling the orders and serving the line.

Their coffee, as I find, its really fresh and hot. I always order the same thing and I like the freshness.

The outdoor parking is free and there are lots space to park. It is located within a plaza.

The indoor vibe is also pretty cool and buzzy and represents the starbucks vibe in its sense.

“I went inside this Starbucks cafe for the cold weather outside the Toronto wonderland winter fest’s weather… and it was the warmest area which I had inside a Toronto’s wonderland… lots of people were also inside this Toronto Wonderland’s Starbucks to warm their cold chilling body too…. This Starbucks was the only perfectly- interior area (actually, with the cinema which I got inside to watch a show& play and also because the outside of the Wonderland Outside’s atmosphere was too cold… before coming to the Starbuck’s wonderland… ) (to warm myself) which has existed for the ordinary public people customers… It was pretty an interesting experience for me inside a Toronto’s wonderland area too…. It was really warm and cozy…. also it had a great atmosphere too for sure!!! 👍 it also had a cozy, warm and soft, colourful Christmas atmosphere and shape inside that Starbucks Cafe Toronto Wonderland’s… I wish you to visit the Starbucks Cafe inside a Toronto wonderland too!!! If you have s chance visiting Toronto Wonderland area…. I also think children will all going to like this funny & great looking Starbuck’s atmosphere especially in the Winter& Christmas season too!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair is really accessible in this Starbucks area, there are lots of ramps for wheelchairs, and also this Starbucks Toronto Wonderland’s area floor is being connected directly into the entrance part of the Starbucks, so there are no such thing as “Stairs” or “Ramps” in this Toronto Wonderland’s Starbucks area!!! Thus, I can say that this Starbucks is very wheelchair friendly area also for disabled too!! For sure… 👍 :);):) (for me….)“
