“Very good fish, with homemade fries.

I usually get 2 pieces of Pollock, which is cheaper than haddock and tastes just as good. I like to put malt vinegar and salt on the works for a great flavour.

As someone else said, the lady at the cash is quite friendly (she's the owner, with her husband, who cooks at the back), so if she's not busy with a customer, I'll shoot the breeze with her.“

The onion rings as side were really crunchy and nice. The burger itself had a really big size fried chicken and all works definitely turned out to be nice. We ordered a combo through Uber Eats and I believe it was on offer so under 30$ we got meals for 2 with drinks.

“I went to Halibut House with a ladies’ group for lunch.
I chose the Hake, b/c I had never tried it…with chips and coleslaw.
It was so delicious! Light, fluffy, nicely battered and fried up, mild in taste…a pleasure to eat.
The food came out fast from the kitchen…I think there were 14 of us to serve, so, well done on that!
Our server was awesome…organized, smart,
Got the orders right, and did this fast.
Fast service. Efficient at any special requests…extra lemon, etc.
We were offered the new mini donuts to try…new on te menu…after our meal.
Awesome, warm little round donuts with sweet sauce on them… a perfect ending!
