Tim Hortons in Welland

“This is the best Tim Hortons in my opinion by far their staff always exceeds my expectations they go above and beyond for the customer. They are always very pleasant and they have the best tasting coffee around I drive from Niagara falls to Welland for my Tim Hortons coffee“

“Yesterday l ordered a dark roast coffee one cream no sugar well they put lots of sugar in it had to dump the coffee because I'm diabetic didn't have the time to go back l went today explained the situation they replaced the coffee no charge they made right it's a small thing but they did the right thing mistakes happen they fixed it“

But, understand that this place is particularly cool it's in a active location.

This location of Timmy's is not scenic and it has its share of ups and downs but Welland is it pretty cool City and it's a fairly well kept secret, so don't tell anybody“

“I’ve been coming to this one ever since the one down the street has been closed and I can say, I am very impressed with the service they provide here. The staff is very friendly and the male supervisor was very nice and helpful with helping my wife on what to get and help her customize the wrap. The store is very clean and welcoming and all the tables are actually clean which is very nice. Definitely found my new spot, thanks again!!!!“

“I’m not sure why the tables always seem dirty at this location. I understand the nature of the business and that things can quickly get out of hand. However, I don’t recall a time where I’ve been there in the past two years - about a dozen visits - where the tables weren’t a mess.“

“Good placement, good food, good atmosphere, overall a good tim Hortons. Would definitely recommend going here, it's one of the like 4 Tim's that isn't underwhelming (like not realy worth it.) I've seen alot of Tim's like that but this one isn't one of them. Freindly cashiers, service is smoth, lots of seating, parking is very available, definitely go here if your planing on going to a Tim's.“

The staff at the front are amazing the little ginger girl and the tall Black guy are always polite, fast, and super patient, even when it’s busy. They really make the place feel welcoming. “Night Shift Workers did great service, i Went At this Location Last week and ordered 2 bagels and 3 iced caps, Waited For just 3-4 mins, which was totally fine in night Time, and I had Some issue With my tims mobile app, The staff member rv Helped me to fix my mobile App for payment, overall Good Experience, better than All other locations, Highly recommend go to this location“

“Pretty good location. Sometimes we prefer this one more than the other one we sometimes go to. My wife will sometimes get iced coffee and they actually mix it well and provide a straw without asking. It's at a good and convenient location as well“
