“I went in to use the bathroom and to see about getting something to drink and the evening staff were very polite about it.
Parking: They have parking in the front and a few wheelchair spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors open with a push of a button.“
“I’m not sure why the tables always seem dirty at this location. I understand the nature of the business and that things can quickly get out of hand. However, I don’t recall a time where I’ve been there in the past two years - about a dozen visits - where the tables weren’t a mess.“
“Fabulous team at this location they know us and what we order always super friendly and quick! Only thing I’d like to suggest is a sitting time limit I’m seeing more homeless inside and they do make restaurant smell I feel bad for the workers as it’s a lot to deal with“
“My daughter placed an order through the app and our first dasher kept bumping his time out from 10 mins until delivered to over 30 mins until delivery, showing his location in Pelham. After attempting, to contact driver who wasn’t answering phone or had voice mail, I went to Tim’s myself and picked up the order.Shift manager and staff were excellent in making sure the order was still okay and prepared to remake anything that wasn’t. I’m thankful she gave me the order, as when I left the dasher’s time of delivery had yet been bumped out again to another 15 minutes until delivery.“

Only one person behind the line and we waited 5 minutes infront of the counter.. none of the staff acknowledged us untill I asked if anyone is taking orders in the front.. I was told with an attitude that someone will be with me if I can have patience!

“I’m never one to write reviews everrrrrrr, good or bad experience. but today this Tim’s was a nightmare, as someone that worked at McDonald’s for two years i understand the chaos and i’ll forever be patient when it comes to slow service and or workers having off days because I’ll never expect the minimum wage worker behind the counter to treat me like I’m there for a 5 star experience. But after waiting a good 10 minutes at the counter, the worker on his first ever training shift went out of his way to greet me even though he had no idea what he was doing, he pulled his trainer over to help him serve me and I extremely appreciated it and it really shows what kind of person he is. thank you Damien for doing your very best!“
“Pretty good location. Sometimes we prefer this one more than the other one we sometimes go to. My wife will sometimes get iced coffee and they actually mix it well and provide a straw without asking. It's at a good and convenient location as well“

“The staff in welland campus is very sweet like 4 by 4. I dont go there only to get drinks but to talk with staff aswell, sometime, when i dont feel good, i go tim and talk yo staff there. It makes me better. But only for staff inside niagara college, outside tim staff is not good as this staff ..“
“This is the best Tim Hortons in my opinion by far their staff always exceeds my expectations they go above and beyond for the customer. They are always very pleasant and they have the best tasting coffee around I drive from Niagara falls to Welland for my Tim Hortons coffee“
