I was not a customer, but an Uber Eats courier picking up an order. While I was waiting, a staff member offered me a complimentary drink.

“I went Christmas shopping on December 23 and stopped in for a yummy coffee and just wanted to say the Barista (whose name stared with an L like Lena or Leta - sorry that I did not ask her name!) was so warm, friendly and a heart full of kindness. “I always have great experiences at Starbucks, especially this store but this one really stood out to me. All the baristas were super friendly and welcomed me in with a smile. They were all having a good time while working efficiently together. When I got to the cash my birthday reward wasn’t showing up and Tyra still gave it to me for free and put the cutest drawing on my cup. The staff here actually want to make your day and I love the vibes of this store.“
