He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful — took his time going over every little detail of my son’s birthday cake with me. He asked questions, checked things with me carefully, and made sure everything was perfect.

What really touched me was his dedication: although the store opens at 11:00 AM, he came in at 6:00 in the morning to prepare the cake, so I could pick it up by 9:30 AM. That’s beyond customer service — that’s true care and responsibility!

“Tried the cutest Instagrammable shaved ice at Roji Monster! 🍧Each shaved ice here comes in the cutest monster design with the most adorable googly eyes👀 Love the cafe's classic Japanese-inspired wooden decor, and there's also a nice tatami sitting area at the entrance. 🍧𝗨𝗷𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗰𝗲 The presentation was super cute! The matcha flavor was fairly rich🍵, and the ice had a wonderfully light, creamy texture - not too sweet, which I loved! “Their dish has the strong flavors that I like. The chef’s stir frying skill pretty good too. Spicy dishes taste spicy and veggie dishes are lightly flavored.

It’s very easy to park in this mall so it’s easy to buy food here. The tricky part is that this restaurant is in the completely opposite direction of the food court. They have indoor dining seats but I usually do take out.“

“i've had butter baker a few times and they don't disappoint ! on my most recent visit we had the lemon merengue soft serve, with a lemon and marshmallow swirl. the lemon tasted like a tangy, fresh sorbet, while the marshmallow had the slightest toasted flavour, making for a well balanced combination. we also got a slice of the winter berries and vanilla cake. i'm always a big fan of the cream on their cakes, and the vanilla chiffon was moist. service can be a little slow sometimes and seating is very minimal, but i think it's still definitely worth coming for the food.“

“Hereby declaring that this yogost location is most superior. I've been to all the others and this one gets the sweetness and consistency of yogurt the best. The flavour is *chef's kiss and once you've had it a couple times, you are sure to be addicted. I love getting the Rice Yogurt drink, 50/50 ice and sugar levels, if anyone needs a recommendation.

4 stars for the slow service due to how long it takes to make the drink.“
