“Love this place. The perfect place to try new whisky with some comfort food that makes feel like you got a Scottish hug. My favorite place on a rain night for soup and grilled cheese with a tibble of Middleton very rare while my husband searches for his next favorite dram. Shout out to Josh and Kristi for bringing this place to life in Albany, Oregon.“

Calapooia Brewing Brewery • $$

“A friend and I were at an event and didn't want to eat any more of the food there, so we looked at our other options and I saw this listing. I've heard good things about it, and the fish and chips sounded really good to both of us, so off we went. We enjoyed the fish and chips very much--the fish was nice and crispy on the outside and moist and flaky in the inside without being greasy. Fries were the softer, homemade kind with the skin on, that aren't super crispy but they had a good flavor. The portions weren't huge, but my friend and I both left full. She had some kind of cranberry hard cider and it was pretty good. I had a nice glass of ice tea. The restaurant itself was smallish with hardwood floors and an area with a dart board. It was fairly full, even for mid afternoon. I could see how it might get pretty noisy at night if it got crowded, but they seemed to have a nice covered patio off to the side that would probably be wonderful in warmer weather. Staff was also nice (we were there after lunch, so had to order at the bar, but that was fine).“

“Great place, love that we have sooooo many good options for food and beers is such a nice environment. Parking can be a bit much but don't park at the doctor's office next door because your car will get towed.Dietary restrictions: Enough options to get almost everyone a great meal.Parking: May need to park in the gravel. Don't park at the doctor's office next door, your vehicle will be towed.Kid-friendliness: This place is also dog-friendly, so make sure that your children understand general dog etiquette.Wheelchair accessibility: Might be slight trouble if you go through the doors to get drinks or sit inside. Other than that the gates are wide and easy to open, there is lots of accessible tables. Ordering/paying for someone in a wheelchair may be a bit more difficult as many of the foodtruck windows are up higher, all menus are visible though.“

“This taphouse is exceptionally well curated. Set for a broad palate, if you want to know what the latest offerings are, or have a friend who claims they don't like beer and you suspect they simply haven't met the right bet, this is your destination. The owner knows beer very well and stocks his offerings with enough choices you are guaranteed to find something you like, and will probably be pleasantly surprised by something.“

“First time I ever played golf was here when visiting Corvallis in 2020 and got a score of +33. Since then I’ve became addicted to golf, taken lessons and played in many golf courses and this place is still in my top favorites.I recently moved to Corvallis and live just about 3 minutes from Golf City and last week I made a score of +9. This is a great place to practice the short game while enjoying a nice shade from the trees. The bar has great food and beer. The staff has always been nice. Overall is a great place to spend with friends or even a quick 9 solo on your way to the grocery store!“

“Cute little bar! Unfortunately didn't get to drink or gamble because the power went out in the whole town right when i walked in! Hopefully I can post an updated review in the near future.Update: was able to go back this last Saturday and had a great time! Ran into some old friends, did karaoke, and lost 20 bucks to the machine! A successful night! Beer is extremely well priced and the staff were all very friendly, it felt just like walking into the bar in my hometown. Will definitely be going back soon, probably gonna make it a weekly endeavor ?“
