“Generally I don't have any issues. Most of the associates and managers are helpful and I can find what I'm looking for. Everyone has an off-day, so I don't hold it against them. My one complaint - since joining forces with Safeway, the quality and prices have drastically changed, and not for the better. Some items, I shop elsewhere for. And I see myself abandoning Albertsons altogether, eventually.“

“I love my morning iced carmel macchiato I do have one problem and I need it resolved please. I will order my wife a sausage mcgriddle without cheese and they leave the egg off every time. Why do you do that?“

“I have no idea what the deal is with half of the people who work here. Like there’s just always an attitude, no matter how polite I am to them. My friend had a mistake with her order the other day, and she asked me to drive back to get it resolved. When I told them what had happened, it was as if I (the person who had received the wrong product) was inconveniencing the people who messed up my order 😂! There’s also a girl in the afternoon who just hands you your food and looks away in disgust without saying a word. Slams the window in your face. Like what? I’m not the type to complain, and I’m not throwing anyone under the bus, but I feel like I had to come here and say something because genuinely there’s a good chunk of employees here who aren’t very good with customer service.

Other than that, usually the food’s great. There are the occasional mistaken orders, like I received the other day. And there are some really nice employees, one in particular that’s always a joy to see whenever I visit this location at night. I believe her name’s Hailey? She’s really sweet, love her!

I just hope this review will help management understand maybe some more training has to happen? Like genuinely I don’t understand why half of the employees here are so rude.“

“I was looking for a new coffee from a local place and I stumbled upon thortons. Great little place with a walk up window. I purchased a couple bags of beans and took home to try. This is one of the most amazing roasts I've tried. it's definitely in my rotation now.“
