“Simply the best Chinese food in the Portland area. Everything we’ve ever tried has been superlative. The salt and pepper shrimp is one of the most delicious things I’ve eaten anywhere. A fire closed them down for almost two years, but now that they’re back, it’s better than ever. Worth the wait when the lines get long. There’s simply nothing better.“

“Freshly Made hand pulled noodles. Absolutely delicious and just what I needed. Portions are generous, service is great and wait for the food wasn't too bad considering it's HAND PULLED and made to order. I ordered the lanzhao hand pulled beef noodle soup with wide flat noodles... No spice. Flavor was good but I may try mild spicy next time.
This will be my go to place should I ever have another craving for some soup noodles ❤️“

“Ordered the Pork Jjajang myun (best in Portland so far that I’ve tasted) and Seafood Jjambong although a bit spicy. Don’t let the restaurant name and exterior fool you. It’s authentic!“

“Went here with some friends a few weeks ago and absolutely LOVED it, everything is at the buffet except the main meats so the vegan in our party had a great time. Also, little to not risk of food waste as you can get only as much as you want. Flushing is very cool and it was a great time“

“Frank's is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants on the Westside. I've been here about a dozen times over the past few years and they're very consistent; the service is good, portions are large, and prices are fair. I almost always get the hand-pulled noodles (believe the hype).“

“I have been going here for years! The food is very fresh and delicious. Also, I have to eat a gluten free diet, and this place is beyond accommodating. It isn't dedicated, but they are very good with food safety protocol, and I've never had issues. It's literally the only place around I can get gluten free Chinese food. 10/10“

“Love their $8 chicken teriyaki lunch special. $8.32 if paying with a card. Can't beat this price, and it keeps me full all day. I also love that that they have thick teriyaki sauce. So many places water theirs down, this place doesn't! They have all their sauces in squirt bottles on the counter, so you can squirt as much on as you like for free.“

“Really professional. Everything was super clean, protective gear was used where needed. Selection of food was plentiful and cut properly and kept topped up during my visits. Pricing is straightforward. Condiments included on table, didn't have to ask for them.
