“I hadn’t ordered from New Hings in years but I decided to give it a try. The dishes I ordered were top notch. I mean really good. The string beans in black sauce used fresh, delicious string beans! And the black bean sauce was fresh and flavorful. And of course there is their famous egg rolls that are like donuts filled with cabbage and shrimp. A guilty pleasure. Now I won’t need to drive up to 84th in Portland for a quick Chinese food fix.“

“This is hands down the best American Chinese restaurant in Oregon City and even West Linn. The service is friendly and fast, the food is hot and fresh, and they have one of the best priced lunch specials anywhere. Soup, rice, spring roll, and entree for $10 bucks. It's clean, quiet, and nicely kept. Great restaurant with great owners. Highly recommend it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp off sidewalk“

“This panda has been my go to since I moved to Oregon city, however recently I had an issue with Uber eats where my order had missing items. UBER like everyone would expect did nothing about it. When I called the store to get some help the manager Amanda was one of the sweetest and most understanding people I've ever talked to in the food industry. She replaced my whole order instead of the missing items while maintaining AMAZING ? customer service. I am really happy that she helped us out with the situation and will most certainly be back!“

“Street Wok is an excellent choice if you’re looking for standard Chinese food done exceptionally well. All the regular go-to’s are fresh and well-flavored - sesame chicken, orange chicken, won-ton soup etc. The food is several notches above the usual fare you’ll fine in most US cities. Located in an unremarkable strip mall with basic, almost barren decor, it’s easy to miss. Most people seem to do to-go orders, and the dine-in experience includes a looping Chinese song that played a minimum 12 times during our 30 minute lunch :-)“

“One of my top 5 favorite place to eat in PDX. The sesame noodles are bright, fresh, and chewy. Served chilled and perfect for summer time. The pork is tender and perfectly seasoned.I have a difficult time finding food that's not too spicy (seems a current PDX trend). They balance it perfectly. I'd more or less given up on enjoying that mouth numbing delightfulness of the Sichuan peppercorn without being blasted with the heat of a million chilies. But they've found the sweet spot. Prices on par with other places in the area. Plus you can enjoy the food in their neighboring establishment, Holy Ghost.I highly recommend paring any noodle dish with the 5min Gin Fizz!“

“Very tasty vegetarian Chinese food.Make sure you plan ahead when coming here. They often take 45-60 minutes but the food is good and many options can be make gluten free. They have a big menu with pictures and symbols for dietary options, which makes it easy to pick. We've had their chow mein a few times (10yo's fave), Singapore noodles, & Buddhist delight chow fun and have enjoyed all.Vegetarian options: Fully vegetarian with vegan options.Dietary restrictions: In addition to vegetarian/ vegan options some dishes can be made gluten free too.Parking: Street parking only and sometimes you have to park a few blocks away“

“This place is seriously my favorite restaurant in Portland, if not anywhere. The orange veggie chicken is my go to, and the shrimp is also amazing. I've been a vegetarian for 13 years and very rarely have I found veggie Chinese food that isn't tofu. The options here are mindblowing.“

“They have authentic Orange Chicken! A lot of Chinese restaurants serve the Chicken and sauce separately to save money where you have to dip the chicken into the sauce. Not at Golden Taste! They actually take the time to cook the sauce INTO the chicken which is the way it should be done! Also their fried won ton is the best I had in a long time! Friendly staff and good atmosphere. This is my go to place from now on.“
