Definitely worth the trip to Beaverton, but it being a chain, the broths aren't anywhere near as good as places like Chengdu Memory or Shaburina and the like.“

You get a bowl of rice and a bunch of flat pancakes for your table. The rice is sticky, so it absorbs the sauces really well.
