“We love coming here. The wait staff is very friendly and fast, and the dining area is clean and has fun decorations. You get to watch your food cook on the large round grill, while the cooks do a complicated dance around it.
You get a bowl of rice and a bunch of flat pancakes for your table. The rice is sticky, so it absorbs the sauces really well.
Definitely recommend coming in early, as it gets busy fast. You will be waiting in line to get your food cooked for an average of about 8 minutes. It's not too bad though, the food is worth it.“

“Food is excellent! Both the braise beef noodle and the stir fried beef will melt in your mouth.
As for the crew, they're awesome! ?
We will definitely go back again and I will also recommend this for people to try.“

“Ordered the Pork Jjajang myun (best in Portland so far that I’ve tasted) and Seafood Jjambong although a bit spicy. Don’t let the restaurant name and exterior fool you. It’s authentic!“

“We just dined at Frank’s Noodle House in Beaverton, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. Whether you’re craving noodles, dumplings, or something else, there’s something on the menu for everyone. The portions are generous, making it easy to share dishes with your group and try a bit of everything.
The atmosphere was just right—comfortable and welcoming, without feeling overly casual or too formal. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The service was also top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
One of the best parts is that they offer great takeout options, so if you’re in the mood to enjoy their delicious food from the comfort of your home, you’re in luck.
Overall, I highly recommend Frank’s Noodle House for anyone in the Beaverton area looking for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. Whether you dine in or take out, you won’t be disappointed!“

“I saw Mike Chen from Strictly Dumpling go to one of these in the Seattle area and had to try it. It was exactly as one would expect after seeing a Happy Lamb on YouTube. Definitely worth the trip to Beaverton, but it being a chain, the broths aren't anywhere near as good as places like Chengdu Memory or Shaburina and the like.“
