Powell's Seafood Restaurant Reviews
Authentic Chinese food with reasonable price! Great services too.
One of my favorite Chinese spots in PDX. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly. Nice that they're open a little later too! Recommend this place to anyone! It's not just seafood too!
Really loved this spot! Great vibes, super friendly staff, and the menu has a ton of options. Everything we ordered was delicious. Definitely ask your server about the off-menu items—they had some amazing specials that stole the show. Will be back for sure!

Powell's Seafood Restaurant is a casual, no-frills eatery located on Powell Blvd. The building is simple and situated near a noisy street. The menu offers a range of seafood and Chinese-inspired dishes, including the popular General Tso's Chicken and Honey BBQ Spare Ribs. Portion sizes are often large, and prices can be steep, with some dishes exceeding $20. Service can be inconsistent; some servers are friendly and attentive, while others may be rude or make mistakes with orders. Parking is limited, with only a few spots available on-site and street parking nearby. Despite these issues, many customers have enjoyed their meals, appreciating the authentic flavors and generous portions. The chef's skills are highly praised, and dishes like steamed clams, sesame beef, sautéed eggplant with hot garlic sauce, and seafood crispy noodles are often enjoyed. The atmosphere and food quality keep many returning, even though some feel the restaurant has lost a bit of its original charm since changing owners.
