“I love Carls Jr, it was always one of my favorite restaurants growing up. But let me tell you, this one is special. My favorite burger is the double western bacon cheeseburger and I like it a certain particular way. It's rarely exactly how I like it, but the ones I get from this store are absolutely perfect. And with a side of fresh crisscut fries, it can't be beat. The manager is also very kind and friendly, she reminds me of my sister. I feel welcome when I'm there. It's like home. Would recommend to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable atmosphere.“

“What an awful establishment. I went through the drive through to pick up food for a business meeting at the Bend, Oregon restaurant. The lady at the drive up window handed me my drinks and bag of food, so I thought. I drive to my meeting and go to grab the bag and only one item is in the bag of the $48.06 worth of stuff I ordered. I had to drive back to get the food where I was greeted by a less than helpful manager, Gretchen, and a so called hospitality manager , Alex McClain. My options were to have them make the food again or get a refund. Mind you I was bringing food to my lunch meeting that I was more late for due to your company. It wasn't my screw up, it was an incompetent employee. No gift card was offered. No here is your food and a refund for your inconvenience, nothing. I wouldn't be writing this is that had been offered. I wasted my time and my gas to go back to get the order fixed that your employees messed up. That was after I paid a ridiculous amount of money for very tiny portions. The Alex lady was even so kind to shoot me a rude look and comment. This is a Christian restaurant? You apparently don't follow any Christian values I know. Your so called hospitality person was probably one of the rudest people I've talked to in a while. She definitely has the wrong job if she treats people like she does. It's unfortunate that companies no longer care about customer service. If I could have given less than one or a negative number above, I would have. You charge way too much money to make mistakes like this and to have rude employees who don't care about the customer. The amount of food I got was maybe worth $20. Below you have the receipt from this horrible experience. From the sounds of Alex though, nothing will be done about it. She didn't care at all and was rude as I walked out as well.“

“Food was amazing. The entire family enjoyed it thoroughly. I recommend the Nashville hot chicken. Wife also got a coconut breaded chicken which was a really good and a nice option if you down like spice.“

“This is the nicest Arby’s I have ever laid my eyes upon. Unlike literally every other Arby’s in the US, I was not reluctant to sit down, the bathroom is impeccable, and I did not have any services solicited to me in the parking lot (by non Arby’s employees). Manager Mitchel took my order and was very pleasant. Manager Mitchel knows how to operate this establishment in a very professional and efficient way. Best of all, they have the MEATS!!!“

“Five Guys has undeniably good burgers. The seasoning on the meat and the fresh ingredients put them head and shoulders above the rest. I always go for a double cheeseburger and fries. The variety of drink selections is also a big bonus - lots of sugar-free options. Overall, great, but pricey.“

“Late at night and after driving 12 hours we couldn’t find anything open. Some locals recommended these guys. So exited! Good food! Open late! And the restrooms were very clean!“

“I just left work after 12 hours. We have a huge grand opening tommorow. I stopped by for a mini salad. They guy who helped me was super amazing. Very helpful, very polite and patient as I had hard time deciding what to put on my salad. I wish I grabbed his name but he really finished my night positive.“

“I want to start with Andrew was very helpful and nice. Other team members were clearly annoyed with me for wanting extra toppings on my “unlimited” pizza. Also, the pizza had a sour taste that I couldn’t figure out, so fingers crossed for my evening lol. Still love Mod, but probably going to visit other locations in the future.“

“The gentleman named Mike, who was working the drive thru window the evening of 10/10/25 is an well rounded and exemplary employee. I’d offer him a role myself if I could. Mike visibly demonstrates all the qualities necessary to lead a winning team- no matter the business. 10/10 service-thank you!“

“I just had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at a fast food shop. My boyfriend and I went in 30 minutes before closing (which we never, ever do) and the staff was so awesome. Sam was the guy who helped us and made our sandwich’s, he deserves a raise for how pleasant he was! He joked with us as he prepared our food and was very professional the whole time. The tip we left was very, very well-deserved! I highly recommend.“

“This review is a little late, as I visited this location for a sandwich a few weeks ago. But, I felt necessary to still submit because I came in, in the middle of a post baseball game rush.
I was very impressed with how this young team handled the crowd. The place was crazy full of kids and their families with large orders and the staff remained calm and friendly.
The only thing I would say is even though they didn’t show being flustered to the customers, it did show in the quality of the food.
My buffalo chicken Philly tasted great, but was extremely messy because it was thrown together to quickly. I ended up eating it with a fork and knife. (This is my go-to, so I know it can get a little messy w/ the sauce, but not this messy)
But again, considering the age of the employee’s and size of line, etc… I am extremely impressed.
