Roxy and her crew came early to set up then brought the food just before guests arrived! There was an abundance of food and all the fixings, so much that several guests were able to take food home! Not to mention Roxy even included plates, napkins, utensils AND to go containers! Roxy - you are so kind, efficient and pure joy to work with! Same with your crew! “MOD Pizza in Bend is one of those places you can count on when you want something quick but still really good. The build-your-own setup is the best part - you can load it up exactly how you want without worrying about the price going up with every topping.

The pizza comes out fast and always hits the spot. The crust has a nice crisp to it, and the ingredients taste fresh. It’s not trying to be a fancy pizza place, but it doesn’t need to be - it just does what it does really well.

The atmosphere is laid-back and easy, perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Service can feel a little rushed when it’s busy, but that’s kind of expected with how popular it is.

“What an awful establishment. I went through the drive through to pick up food for a business meeting at the Bend, Oregon restaurant. The lady at the drive up window handed me my drinks and bag of food, so I thought. I drive to my meeting and go to grab the bag and only one item is in the bag of the $48.06 worth of stuff I ordered. I had to drive back to get the food where I was greeted by a less than helpful manager, Gretchen, and a so called hospitality manager , Alex McClain. My options were to have them make the food again or get a refund. Mind you I was bringing food to my lunch meeting that I was more late for due to your company. It wasn't my screw up, it was an incompetent employee. No gift card was offered. No here is your food and a refund for your inconvenience, nothing. I wouldn't be writing this is that had been offered. I wasted my time and my gas to go back to get the order fixed that your employees messed up. That was after I paid a ridiculous amount of money for very tiny portions. The Alex lady was even so kind to shoot me a rude look and comment. This is a Christian restaurant? You apparently don't follow any Christian values I know. Your so called hospitality person was probably one of the rudest people I've talked to in a while. She definitely has the wrong job if she treats people like she does. It's unfortunate that companies no longer care about customer service. If I could have given less than one or a negative number above, I would have. You charge way too much money to make mistakes like this and to have rude employees who don't care about the customer. The amount of food I got was maybe worth $20. Below you have the receipt from this horrible experience. From the sounds of Alex though, nothing will be done about it. She didn't care at all and was rude as I walked out as well.“

I have always loved Arby's BUT this last time I ordered a 1/2 pnd large sized hot and fresh curly fry with strawberry lemonade no ice.

I got a classic roast beef, soggy curly fries and a strawberry lemonade filled with ice. The lady seemed to not be having a great day which is fine but to miss my whole order... That's the problem of drive thru if you didn't check before leaving or you have to get somewhere else on time“

This was my very first MOD Pizza experience, and thanks to a team member named JACE, it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
JACE went above and beyond in every way. As a first-timer, I wasn't sure how the build-your-own pizza process worked, but JACE walked me through the menu, explained the unlimited toppings, and made honest recommendations without ever rushing me. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.
The pizza itself was outstanding — hot, fresh, and made exactly how I wanted it. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were generous, and the whole thing came out of the oven in just minutes. Great quality at a great price, which is hard to find in Bend these days.
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire staff seemed upbeat — but JACE truly set the tone. Employees like him are the reason people become regulars. MOD Pizza Bend is lucky to have him.

“Our family had such a great experience eating at Wendy's. The food was delicious and the manager (Michael) interacted with all the customers in the lobby in such a fun, positive way that all my kids were asking when we could return before we even left!“

“I just had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at a fast food shop. My boyfriend and I went in 30 minutes before closing (which we never, ever do) and the staff was so awesome. Sam was the guy who helped us and made our sandwich’s, he deserves a raise for how pleasant he was! He joked with us as he prepared our food and was very professional the whole time. The tip we left was very, very well-deserved! I highly recommend.“

“Manager helped me and she was great. Very attentive and made an amazing sandwich. But the little girl that was training was very rude. She definitely didn't want to be there. She was trying to find hand soap because the manager asked her to help make sandwiches. On my way out of town I stopped to grab a bite I only had a couple dollars and change and the guy working the window drive-thru was so awesome! He hooked it up with a meal that only cost $4 it was some spicy nuggets at junior bacon cheeseburger a drink and some fries!“

“I’m deaf, read lips. The order #1962664694 was supposed to be #17 Ultimate Porker. I received a totally different sandwich that I have yet to identify it on the menu. It had Ham, Cheese, Tomatoes and it was stuffed with lettuce beyond infinity. There were barely any meat on it. JJ does not make it easy for the deaf to communicate when something is wrong. I feel there should be a way to inform you when you make a mistake and correct it. It how you learn from it. I’m not in the position to ask you to make me another sandwich because I was on lunch break and went ahead to consume the sandwich with a dissatisfaction mood. The chips was correct.
