So I ordered a Burrito today and wow so delicious. It was bursting with flavor. I will definitely be back again. I am so glad I tried this location. I highly recommend it.“

“I’ve been in Oregon for ten years. I’ve been looking for a Mexican restaurant to rival the places I used to go to on the San Francisco peninsula and when I lived in San Diego.

This spot is every bit as good. In fact, it is better. The extremely kind and attentive service, along with an uh-may-zing salsa bar are beyond words to describe.

Top that off with agua frescas that are to die for and you have an unbeatable combination! I’m gonna try the flan tonight. I usually don’t get it, but I bet it will be incredible!“

“I had my first experience at Margarita Factory (Gresham) tonight and it was better than I imagined. The menu has plenty of options. In fact, just the Margarita menu was over-stimulating. The food is tasty, fast service. And such a kind and accommodating staff. I know people will say “it’s her job to do so,” but coming from someone in a wheelchair who doesn’t have use of her hands, I loved that my waiter kept walking by to refill my glass (it was never empty). I recommend this place for a cute little date night out or with a group of loved ones in celebration.“

I only ate one because they are easily three times the size of the average tamale and well worth the (what I now see as) affordable price. The flavor is on point, the filling to masa ratio is perfect (I like heavy on the filling), and the people behind the counter are super friendly. Do yourself a favor and order enough to take home. These tamales are the shiz!“

I believe he cooks the meat fresh as opposed to having everything pre-prepared. He is also super professional. Wears his chef clothes and brings it out to you like a waiter.
