“Visited a couple times while in town. May be my favorite place for a dirty chai. I’ve been on the hunt for the best one in Portland, but I think Cascade Locks is the winner.
Not to mention an adorable interior of the cafe. Mom complimented the iced tea she ordered, and she can be picky lol“
