“Love Shelby's! This husband and wife duo are always kind and easy to talk to. I get overwhelmed sometimes ordering from a new spot and he was extremely patient and helpful when I was unsure of what to get.
Food is very fairly priced, service is exceptional, and the food is excellent! Get anything with their jam on it 🤤 it's incredible!
Love supporting small businesses and love supporting good people! 💜👏“

“Lots of different beer on tap and of course lots of different awesome food. I’ve never been to a cart I didn’t like, though I wouldn’t do the American food carts.“

“I rarely leave reviews, but it seems necessary based off my last 3 experiences. So far I’ve gotten to try the breakfast tacos, breakfast burrito, and a classic carnitas burrito. Please do yourself a favor and try the breakfast tacos, they’re amazing. There are several great Mexican options close-by, but I think this has to be my favorite.“
“If you’re looking for a GOOD cemita place, this is it. Good size and well made cemitas with an authentic flavor. Do want to add that it’s cash only but definitely worth it!! The owners are a married couple of this place, they are very generous and kind, love the atmosphere they create.“

“Everything about their food is great! Tonight, at Zesti Food Carts I was told they weren’t taking my more orders because they were backed up. I have never heard this before at a food cart! Zesti Food Carts is dead! Don’t waste your time going there!“

“Best Taco Truck in Washington County. Been eating here since the early 2000's when homie would come get his trucks propane filled at Beaverton UHaul. One of the originals and still the best. Was awesome to see the family carrying on the legend today and share my experience. Will continue to support and promote them. If you haven't ate there, do it! What are ya waiting for? ❤“

“I have a lot of food allergies. Despite a busy night I was able to ask questions and discuss options. I found out it is an entirely gluten free kitchen. In the end I ordered rice and a side of veggies. The veggies were delicious and the kindness and attention was greatly appreciated. Will definitely eat here again.“

“I just ordered delivery from Lu’s through DoorDash, and it was my first time trying their food. It was SO GOOD!! Best meal I’ve had in a long while! I got the chicken thigh yakisoba and it was flavorful, tasted fresh, and wasn’t soggy like some yakisoba tends to be. Thank you for making delicious food and staying open for delivery during the COVID outbreak! Definitely a new favorite, highly recommend!! 💕 Great price too!“
“Friendly people and amazing food. Thier chicken is off the chain! Highly recommended! Saw the other post about not having onions and Cilantro, but been here countless times they always gave plenty of both. Also right next to a panadería that's amazing.“
“The location keeps throwing me for a loop at the change, but it's thankfully and easy fix.No cover, unlike before, so bring your umbrella/parasol.There is a nearby Pokéstop, and if you walk further, a gym across the highway. There are metal picnic tables, and there is plenty of gravel parking past the chain fence.
Parking: The gravel parking lot has no lines to mark spaces, but it extends at least 100 ft - just avoid the trailer beds, ig.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would call this technically accessible if uneven gravel doesn't deter you.The gravel lot is for both cars and pedestrians, so keep aware.“

“We tried this food cart for the first time 3 days ago and are already back for seconds, after thinking & talking about it for those 3 days! 😂 The food is so flavorful, fresh and delicious! My boyfriend and I are looking forward to trying everything on the menu, even if it means we gain 50 lbs doing so! We rate it 15 out of 10 🤌👌👍“
