“Headed over to Clackamas River Growlers after a long hike at Mt. Hood. We were aware the owners are deaf, as my wife is a sign language interpreter. Tried three beers, all very good. Owner was kind and takes pride in his business. Easy to communicate even if you cannot sign. There is a whiteboard to write on just in case. The vibe is great and everyone was super friendly. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.“
“I visited this cool SE brewery with a couple of friends and it was a great little place to stop in and have a brew. I had the red which I really enjoyed as it was kind of dark and toasty for a red which was perfect considering the typical cold and wet Portland day. I definitely want to come back when it's warmer as it looked like they had some great outdoor seating too.“
“A pleasant place for a dog and a brew.No longer a place for a dog. Now they have the excellent Ranch Pizza serving from their food window. So pizza and a beer. What's not to love? They still have the beer and their variety has grown. I highly recommend their Leather-Bound brown ale.Plus they have food carts. Win. Win. Win.“

“Stopped in for the first time. Reminds me of a loved neighborhood bar/eatery.Arrowood deserves their high ratings. Husband and I had Cheeseburgers, he with salad, me with soup of the day - Curry Chicken. Wow. Burger was perfect, toppings complimented it well. Soup was so flavorful. 2 others in our party had fish and chips, raved about the chips and wished they had more. Last member had the Ahi sandwich. Said it was perfect.“

“I was told by my 6 yr old son to give this place a one star review. He was severely disappointed that his hamburger from the kids menu was a kids sized hamburger (who would have ever think?!). Anyway, the service was great, the food was great (as always) and the atmosphere was awesome.Sorry for my son acting up. Thank you for your kindness & patience.“
“Favorite spot to grab a beer and a bit of food. Mainly carts to choose from. Kid friendly and chill 80’s video game cabinet vibes. Tasty brews! Did I mention that the beer is so good. Have yet to have a bad one. I’ll keep trying for science!“

“On our final day in Portland and after a great hike, we decided we were ready for another brewery visit. When I checked nearby, Gigantic Brewing's Robot Room was nearby and we went. Gigantic Brewing has been a bucket list visit for me; we get their bottled beers locally and they're always a great. The owner Ben has been super friendly online the last few years so it was also great to come in and support the business. It was a rainy day, so we sat inside but they also had a great outdoor seating area shared with the adjoined restaurant. Restrooms are also shared, an easy walk outside the taproom beyond the bar.We were immediately greeted by a boisterous bartender, Cody, who entertained us all afternoon. We each ordered a flight, which are served in muffin trays, and quickly made the bar run out of taster glasses. We each told him what we liked and he made recommendations, many great ones. He also gave us recommended drinking orders, which I promptly forgot and was ribbed for. We ordered a few individual beers including Massive Barleywine, which is a favorite style for me. Beer quality is excellent, and I probably enjoyed it more due to the freshness. Prices were reasonable for the quality and entertainment. They also had merchandise for sale, plus bottled beer cold and ready to go. If you're a beer fan and are not familiar with Gigantic Brewing, I highly recommend it. They have other locations in the Portland area as well. Cheers!“

“Very small nano brewery with a decent selection of beers and a devoted staff. The location could use some charm but it's clean and can hold a ton of people for that big event you want to hold. Small batch brewing means they can experiment and develop new brews. It's the best brewery in central Gresham. Yep.“

“Such a great down to earth place to grab a beer (or cider or glass of wine). They have retail for your brewing needs, but I love their open-door policy with other local restaurants on Main Street. You can grab some food next door and come sit to enjoy your meal and grab a beer from one of their 20+ taps. OR you can get something from the coolers poured into a chilled glass. The staff takes the time to get to know you and makes excellent suggestions based on your likes and dislikes. The patio is a great spot to hang in the summer (and has a wind guard and patio heaters in the winter). They do events and live music year-round. The Hoppy crew always makes me feel welcome to relax and enjoy their offerings.“
“A wonderful brewery out post and food cart pod. A much bigger spot than I expected when looking from the street. A nice variety of food carts, only half were open on a Sunday afternoon. I was really impressed with Bam Pow Burgers, excellent burger and the fries were cooked perfectly nice and crisp with a nice amount of salt. The tap list was nicely balanced with a surprisingly number of fresh hop options. The fresh hop never fresher pale ale along with the fresh hop stay fresh IPA were both excellent. The Eastside pilsner was nice and crisp. Beers to go and beer swag available.Indoor and outdoor seating options. Not too busy on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Fast friendly service. Street parking is the only option. Highly recommend a visit if you love good beer and food. I will be coming back.“

“I love threshold! It's the perfect neighborhood brewery + it's family friendly! Their beers are amazing, especially if you're into dark beers. Some of the best stouts I've ever had. I absolutely love their winter selections. They're always so welcoming with kids and dogs too. Outside food is also permitted.“

“I don't remember exactly which cider I got, doh! Some kind of refreshing lemony one I think. It was outstanding! The food truck inside was really tasty as well. I got the salad with shrimp and it had sooo much flavor. My only regret was that I shared it with two people - that was a mistake! I definitely needed more of this yumminess. And it's not very filling. My friend will kill me for this, but I thought the pierogis were just ok! Not enough contrasting flavors for me. But I've never had pierogis before so I have nothing to compare them to other than my own preferred tastes.“
