“The service here is hit or miss. I started frequenting this shop because they are one of the only few places in town with huckleberry flavoring. The first experience was great, second had a lonnggg 15m plus wait for only one car on each side and ordering just an infused redbull & lemonade. My third experience here was the worst one, I ordered a kids blended drink, the staff asked if I wanted whip cream on it which I agreed to. However, I expected the whip cream to be in the cup like most all other normal coffee shops would do.... This wasn't the case! They put a heaping amount of whipped cream right on the lid of the cup... who in their right mind is going to hand a child that disaster in a car. I was completely dumb founded. Zero napkins provided either... so even when I got the lid cleaned off for my child it was a completely sticky mess. The drink also wasn't blended properly creating a huge ice brick in the center that was unconsumable. Maybe it was this specific worker, but have refused to get a child's blended drink since. other than that the infused redbulls and lemonade are good. Can't comment on food or coffee yet.“

“Love going to this cafe which is accessible by the front door, so the museum admission is not needed. You can see the Spruce Gosse from the cafe. Most recently had their 2023 YCAP Fundraiser cheese sandwich here. Very hearty and tasty. See pics.“

“Enjoyed coffee with girlfriends this morning @ Flag & Wire in Mac. I ordered a large Maple Cardamom Latte. It was divinely SCRUMPTIOUS. ☆☆☆☆☆. Highly recommend!!! We were able to sit in the back room seating, which allowed for intimate conversation. A truly lovely experience.“

“Very great place aesthetically one of my favorites when it comes to seating tons of little hidden gyms to look at, and there’s at least one little out cove some little games for the kiddos if they’re with you when you go represent lunch type stuff on top of coffee atmosphere reminds me a lot of the coffee shop from the TV show friends based on the fact that they’ve got couches kind of like a lot of concrete vibe like something. If you didn’t live in the town, you might miss it cause it’s on a side street. they have a chessboard there played chess numerous times we’re having coffee. They have really good cinnamon rolls there gluten-free cookies and if you want a sandwich it’s gluten-free. I am almost positive. They have gluten-free options, but you might want to check availability because you never know if they’re out or not or if they just don’t have any in the day you go in coffee is good. I recommend trying the cappuccino there. It’s not bad.“

“What a stunning location! Although we experienced a delay with our food due to a WiFi glitch that prevented orders from reaching the kitchen, the staff handled it with impressive care and urgency. They quickly sorted everything out, allowed guests to switch to lunch options, and generously comped all our meals—plus treated us to delicious lemon pies. Best of all, when the food arrived, it was absolutely incredible. Everyone in our group was raving about their dishes. Despite the initial hiccup, the atmosphere was lively and the service truly outstanding. Highly recommend!“

“Regardless of the serving staff, it’s always a very pleasant experience at this location. They’re always friendly, and I enjoy the sugar free syrup options. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a free drink of any kind (up to 24 oz) to Veterans today. Every other place offers regular coffee only on Vets Day, so kudos to going above and beyond for us. We appreciate it.“
