“What a stunning location! Although we experienced a delay with our food due to a WiFi glitch that prevented orders from reaching the kitchen, the staff handled it with impressive care and urgency. They quickly sorted everything out, allowed guests to switch to lunch options, and generously comped all our meals—plus treated us to delicious lemon pies. Best of all, when the food arrived, it was absolutely incredible. Everyone in our group was raving about their dishes. Despite the initial hiccup, the atmosphere was lively and the service truly outstanding. Highly recommend!“

“I recommend not ordering fries unless they can guarantee they have not been fried in the same oil they used for fish. In addition I’d also recommend asking to have the bacon on your sandwich not be a bunch of small pieces where some are dark and crispy and some are barely cooked & chewy. I’d been looking forward to my sandwich & sweet potato fries for 2 days prior & was extremely disappointed that the fries tasted awful & the bacon was cooked unevenly. I’ve had meals there in the past that have been tasty, which is why we went back. Eating out is not cheap & if I’m going to spend $$ patronizing this restaurant, I’d like my food to taste good.“

“This place is okay. The food is nothing fancy at all. Mediocre at best. But they're usually busy and it's nice to see a small business busy. I always feel bad for the staff. They constantly seem short staffed. It definitely limits the amount we order. We usually do one and done since they're always so overwhelmed. I could do without the political stuff too. But we like the pretzel and the soup and salads are good.“

“It was so fun to go back in the Pirate’s Den. Thanks to all those who are keeping that small-town staple going. I got the breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll. I liked the large amount of cheese on the burrito. I wish it would have come with some salsa because the potatoes were a little dry by 9:30 am. The cinnamon roll icing and filling were great and I liked the to-go style packaging.“

“Hello Woodburn Community! I want to give a SHOUT OUT to our own Red Robin Gourmet Burgers which we visited on Sunday afternoon 1/21/24. Our server Carter was fantastic, the manager stopped at our table , the Crew sang Happy Birthday at another table as most of the restaurant joined in singing and clapping (of which did not happen when we went to celebrate one of our own family members birthdays last time we visited ☹️)-this was a great experience. “The food was decent, our waiter was great. HOWEVER, a worker by the name of Josh, was super rude, yelled, and raised his voice at another waitress about taking an order that was his, (I’m guessing there was a duplicate order) 🤷🏻‍♀️ in front of everyone sitting trying to enjoy their food. No one should be talked to like that, especially at their workplace and in front of the customers. I’m not sure if he thought he was more important than her (she spoke broken English), but that was not okay at all. I did approach Josh and let him know how unprofessional he was and suggested he have some grace and respect for all the other workers.“
