“Every time I visit Jersey Mike’s, I’m reminded why it’s my go-to spot for a quick, quality meal. The food is always incredibly fresh—you can taste the difference in every bite. What really stands out though, is the service. It’s impressively fast, even during busy hours. As a regular, I have to give a special shoutout to Bella—she consistently delivers the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere. professional, goes the extra mile, and always with a friendly smile. “This is a very busy and seemingly understaffed location. I usually only see one person working. On my most recent visit, the woman behind the counter was juggling an insane amount of tasks with efficiency and a smile. She was making an online order, dealing with half a dozen customers in the store, the phone was ringing and the oven was beeping. She handled every person and every task quickly, and I was back in my car less than 15 minutes later. I was very impressed.“

“Came in with my daughter. Every employee was super respectful. We ordered and I ran to bathroom to wash my hands. Sat down and ate a few chips and sipped on drink while waiting on sandwiches. Sat here for maybe 7 or 8 minutes and didn't hear my name. I heard another customer that came in whole we were waiting get their name called and their food was ready. I walked up and noticed a bag at the counter. I asked if it was mine and the worker checked and confirmed. She apologized and said they called my name out. But my daughter nor I heard them. The worker offered to remake the sandwiches but they were cold and we were hungry..so not to worried. I told her I probably just didn't hear them and it was my fault. We sat down and ate and while we were eating I'm assuming the supervisor walked up to us, apologized and gave us two free coupons for two free subs. We only had a wait a few extra minutes, the food was excellent, the service is exceptional, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms were spotless and we are customers for life. Over and above service. Atmosphere is non existent. It use to be more upbeat but it’s pretty dead now. That’s ok tho, thankful food is yummy. This is definitely our go to. Unfortunately, they don’t take the coupons anymore. We live close by and we always get fun local coupons in the mail… so not sure why they stopped taking.“

“I enjoy coming here often for dinner whenever I have a hankering for a nice sandwich, the employees know how to make a fantastic sandwich. And as much as I go there the friendliest employees I've seen are, Ariel and Johnathon. I gotta say these two always have smiles on their faces and it is just refreshing to see. Definitely keepers, and I can't wait to keep coming here for great service and some yummy spicy italians. They are often joking around together and make working here seem like something they'd just like to do in their free time. Though I don't see Jonathon as much he's usually there on Sundays and I look forward to going and laughing with them/ at their jokes. The place always seems clean and organized and the line goes quick. I wish all the mall restaurants were as well staffed as this one.“

“Let me tell you. I’m almost 52 years old and never had Jersey Mike’s. Why the heck not? I’ve been missing out. I got the turkey and provolone. It was so good. Doesn’t even compare to Subway lol. I had door dash bring it, so I’m not sure about the decor or service. I think the decor would have something to do with football since they’re partnered up with the NFL. Great food at great prices. A definite must try. I’m sure any of there sandwiches would be as good as the turkey with provolone.“
