“Came in with my daughter. Every employee was super respectful. We ordered and I ran to bathroom to wash my hands. Sat down and ate a few chips and sipped on drink while waiting on sandwiches. Sat here for maybe 7 or 8 minutes and didn't hear my name. I heard another customer that came in whole we were waiting get their name called and their food was ready. I walked up and noticed a bag at the counter. I asked if it was mine and the worker checked and confirmed. She apologized and said they called my name out. But my daughter nor I heard them. The worker offered to remake the sandwiches but they were cold and we were hungry..so not to worried. I told her I probably just didn't hear them and it was my fault. We sat down and ate and while we were eating I'm assuming the supervisor walked up to us, apologized and gave us two free coupons for two free subs. We only had a wait a few extra minutes, the food was excellent, the service is exceptional, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms were spotless and we are customers for life. Over and above service. “I was just in your store and what a great experience I had. The woman there working by herself on a Sunday before Memorial Day was super sweet and helpful. She asked me without prompting if I had any issue with meat. I said yes, in fact I'm vegan. So she said no problem and changed her gloves before making my sandwich. I'm sorry I don't know her name but she is the reason I'll be back. Give her a raise!“

“The thing that prompted me to make this review, oddly, is the bathroom. Honestly the most immaculate bathroom I’ve ever seen in a food service establishment. and as someone who has built and remodeled bathrooms even all the paint and caulking and everything was perfect!

Also the gentleman who made us our delicious Italian sandwiches was very kind and made me feel very welcome. Dint catch his name but it was on the evening of 9/29/26

“Well as far as the food goes the Italian toasted with a cheese crusted on top Is How We Roll for my neck of the woods. With the turkey & the pork fried swine with the spinach, pepperoncinis, it's good to us on this side. The service seemed as though we were rushing the fellow but we kept cool and enjoyed the atmosphere there was somebody who looked like they may have been without a home but they could have worked there too and was doing some school work it was hard to tell this is how it goes around these parts but the wifey & i will be stopping by there again soon! Oh real quick and I just finished filling in some of the blanks down at the bottom and just for context we were there past 12:00 a.m. can we use some coupons to sweeten the 🤝“
