After receiving our drinks, we exchanged a small gift, then I proposed. All of the staff came to congratulate us. One staff member gifted us a pair of shot glasses from lavka. A couple years ago I gave this place 1 ⭐. Since then they've made a lot of improvements... Walled eating area with plenty of seating. Not sure if it's heated but better than other stand alone food carts. Books to read. Cables and outlets to charge devices. Plenty of parking (you just need to go up the driveway). Staff went out of their way to make my visit special. Prices are great. I ordered the shredded pork ban mí (which was filling by itself), got a free hot tea (think Lipton), and only paid $7!
There may be a language barrier but it's worth it because you'll love anything you get.

“This is a great first date place. The food presentation was outstanding. However, we felt it was a little blan. They use RC soda products here, which are flat at the bar but have carbonation if gotten from the back. Amazing happy hour!

“I learned about this place from a friend who gifted my husband an amazing Tiramisu. I was pleasantly surprised to taste a Tiramisu that actually tasted authentic. Curious, I decided to visit, and I discovered that they make a variety of desserts, including cannoli, which are filled just before you buy them ( finally some place that can do that!)I also tried the cornetto (This should not be confused with a croissant) and the focaccia, and wow! Finally, a focaccia that doesn’t have a lingering taste of acidity. The coffee was good too as the atmosphere and the service. I totally advise this Italian place especially becouse, in my opinion,they can make very Italian taste.“

“Food and service are great. They automatically add 20% gratuity to all checks as well as a small employee wellness fee which can be removed at the customer's request. All the good items were delicious with the exception of the Basque cheesecake which did not have the texture of a Basque cheesecake. The flavor and sauce were good, but it was a rather small piece for the $11 or $12 charge. I do recommend. I will go back.“
