“BEST FISH & CHIPS! Every single time we pass by the area, it is either too long of a line or we just time it out wrong so we miss our opportunity and they are closed but we finally got lucky enough and I regret sharing the one basket and not trying it before! Haha! If you are ever in the area, please dont make a mistake and miss out on your opportunity! Park it, get yourself in that line and order yourself a whole order per person!!“

“Fantastic beers. Cool patio. I heard about the troubles this brewery has had to endure and it made me sad and yet also quite inspired. Whatever storms they’ve weather, it hasn’t done anything that I could tell to the beers and service. Top notch, all the way around.“

“My favorite Thai food in town. The owners are wonderful and the food is the best. some of my favorites are Drunken Noodle, Curry, Pinneapple fried rice, Stir fried Cashew Chicken, oh all of it! All items are TASTY! Just go and taste! To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable.“

“Holy moly their crust….epic. Has that wonderful corn meal texture, good thickness but with a crunch and crisp that gives you that oh so satisfying bite-through sound. Salad bar is fresh and well stocked. Staff were great. Parking is easy.“

Sadly not that many vegetarian/pescatarian options. Most dishes are with beef, pork or chicken. There are a few options with shrimp or tofu.

“A constructive comment first with the hope it's read by Management. It's SUPER AWKWARD to have your servers bring the bill on a kiosk, stand in front of you while you're paying and say “It's just going to ask you a few questions” referring to the tip section. Then you're given three options, starting at 18%. Please stop doing this—it ruins what is otherwise a good experience. With that said, the beer is fantastic, the pizza is very good and the overall vibe of the place is lively. A fun place to hang out. Service is spotty. It's the “hipster service” for the most part, but that's what you get on the Coast.“

“Both the hotel and the restaurant were great! We just needed a nice comfortable basic room for a night and they had it! Easy reservation, check in and out all from the phone. And the pub was great! Fish and chips were ON POINT and tuna melt and fish tacos were all really good. Service was excellent. Vibe was super chill compared to Long Beach/Astoria and a great views of all the action at the Harbor, and the sports on the tv inside! Nailed it. Definitely coming back thanks Salt!“
